Not every nation gets trialed vehicles and top tier additions constantly.
Right, that’s why I can beat down on it in pubs. Seriously, I used a stock MiG 29 (not SMT, not German, just a good ol’ 12.7), and I was beating on Grippen C’s.
The Grippen is a great dogfighter in 1v1s, but it is dreadful in Pubs.
The MiG 21 is a great jet for its BR, but plenty of other nations have a MiG 21 or equivalent (Russia obviously, Germany, China, Italy, and even Britain gets one).
The Viggen is terrible, simple as. It has one good turn, and then it stalls out. You could legitimately beat a Viggen in a turn fight with an A-10. I would know, I watched my friend get beat up in his premium Viggen by my other friend in his A-10 premium.
All of Sweden’s jets from 8.0-11.0 are absolutely dreadful. Your only strat is boom and zoom, but here’s the problem: you are literally slower than everyone. Your missiles are constantly outdated compared to other tech trees, oh, and let’s not talk about how terrible the J35 is: no flares, speed bleeds fast, and your only redeemable quality is being able to do funny moves like the Cobra before stalling.
Oh, Swedish premiums? Let’s see, the Viggen which bleeds speed quickly but you get access to AIM 120s for some reason (doesn’t change it from being smacked in close quarters), the J35X (literally the worst premium in the game, very few flares, trash missiles, semi decent rocket load that has lost purpose due to rocket nerfs), the Röd Adam which is only redeemable because it’s the only Swedish jet that gets a decent payload.
Yeah, what part of Sweden is great air besides the Grippen, of which you can get far better in Italy, Britain, and Japan.

Obviously you’ve never played Sweden. Or if you have, you’re just in denial because you are desperately trying to tell yourself you haven’t wasted your time. I did play Sweden, I have every tank, I have every jet, every helicopter. I believe I know Sweden a tad bit more than you.

So the leopard which has equally effective armour as the German leopard, but with a worse gun that only recently got a toptier round (that’s still worse than other leopards) is somehow the best leopard? That’s a pretty weird take, mate.
Aye, most nations do get ahistorical nerfs, yet generally it isn’t update after update for others.
And this last one is pretty funny, because it is only recently that new additions to toptier have happened and they’ve been mostly copy paste, or easy edits from existing additions. And that’s only recently. Prior to that, we were given less than even the British or French, only being outdone by the Italians in the sheer contempt Gaijin held for additions to the tree.

This guy obviously watches TikTok and regurgitates talking points made by them. Is the Stridsvagn a bad tank? No. But it’s definitely a bad Leopard. Is the ItO a bad SPAA? No. But it’s definitely not the best SPAA. Is the CV 120 or the tank destroyer CV a bad light tank? No. But compared to others, it definitely lacks compared to HSTVL, Centauro, Puma, KF41, and the Israeli thing.
This guy is acting like it’s God tier, when it’s honestly average. I mained Sweden for a long time, it’s a good country, I’m glad I played it, but it is not some God send that is underrated and a secret nation no one knows about.
I do not like the Frogs, but you are honestly better off playing France, because France top tier is basically just Swedish top tier but better. Great dog fighter in the Rafale, with plenty of great jets in the Mirages (delta wings included). You get Leopards, which you already get with Sweden: Stridsvagn and Finnish Leopard 2A6. CV 120? Pretty much Leclerc. ItO 90M, meet ItO 90M.

Nah, that Israeli thing’s pretty rough.
It’s a good enough leopard, it’s not the best leopard. The armour’s better than the 2a6, which is nice, but the gun’s rough. So it’s a nice trade off. But the 2a7s are just better lol

I still say it’s a bad Leopard. It’s just slightly armoured, but you don’t get any rounds besides stock HEAT FS and APFSDS, while other Leopards have proxies to take out helis.
Ah right, forgot that there are ways of knocking down helis other than beaning them with an apfsds.
If we’re going off stock, yeah, it’s rough. But most things are. If we’re going off spaded, the armour improvement is nice and useful, but if these rounds are missing coupled with the gun just being generally less effective it could be argued it’s a poor leopard.
I do think it’s generally a “good enough” leopard, but not remotely the best leo.

As I said, it’s not a bad tank, just definitely not the best Leopard (and by proxy) not the best tank. I would honestly rather play a Leopard 2A7 over the PS1 thermals of a Stridsvagn. But that requires me to actually want to play a Leopard. Yeah, I disliked the Sherman grind, but the Leopard grind was far worse.

Completely forgot about thermal quality too apparently. I usually just go “this slightly brighter green thing looks scary, hit the middle of it” instead of actually paying attention.* If thermals are better on the other ones then aye, it probably is a bad leo.
*Thermal colour is set to green, easier to spot things
I’m the same way, but once you go clear, you’ll never steer. I don’t know, I just don’t use thermals with the Stridsvagn anymore. It’s kinda hilarious though, I’m a lot better in night maps than day maps for some reason

For US:F-15A, no BOL. F-15C, no BOL. F-111F, no AGM-130 until recently. The update after, F-117 did not get EGBU-27. Now, hornet does not have ATFLIR

But you get HE, which is good at doinking hiding tanks (mostly IFVs but sometimes MBTs too) behind hills.
Strv122b PLSS and + are not the worst leopards in the game (even at 12.0 because A5 is there too), but A7 has better cannon and thermals.
Missing weapons that are not present in the game at time of introduction is not a nerf, it is an absence of a weapon, otherwise the Rafale is nerfed on account of not being able to carry Meteor in game.
Regardless, I thought this apparent but what that is shorthand for is “Most nations do not receive continued, exclusively negative changes, to established platforms update after update”. Most either stagnate, or have some negatives with some positives. This is very rarely the case for Sweden, primarily in the air capacity for whatever article is peeving people at the time, but it does occur to the IFVs relatively often. Only in this coming update is there a notable positive change to some platforms in the Swedish air line, after multiple updates of unfounded nerfs, and it is quite possible even with the positive change coming there will be negative ahistoric changes.
Unless they’ve neglected the leopards, you can turn off the timed capacity of the round, and it should act as HE. Which leaves the comparison of cannon efficacy unchanged, which means it is still one of the poorer leopards in all facets bar armour.
But in all the examples I picked the lack of weapons was a nerf, as none of them were or are OP
The examples you used, with the exception of the lack of bol rails, are impeded by the fact the weapons weren’t in game at the time of their introduction, or aren’t in game at all. The weapons listed have been provided, as they were added. But the missing bomb from the 117 you listed just isn’t in game.
