Unban my acount for my username

hi
more than a moth ago, I asked to be unbanned my account changing my username. however, my account is still banned. i have sent PM to a GM and I have tagged others GMs but no one has helped with my account. I changed my username a month ago and sent the PM to the game master at the same time, but i don’t know why they have not unbanned me

I would like to know why game masters have not unbanned my account, i have more than a month waiting for being unbanned

for using unappropiate username. i’ve got a temporal ban until i change my username

I just got back from work and I’m eager to play, but I’m facing the same issue, especially after getting a premium account xD GG xD

If its a name/teamkill/chat ban, then contact GM’s. If its a full on ban, then get a support ticket please Who is who and Reporting Procedure - #4
