Unable to play because negative GE on the Xbox account

I just paid yesterday in the Gaijin Store $50 of GE and now I got Negative GE this morning, but nothing got refunded when I checked with the bank. I had this problem last month, but the support didn’t help me for a week, so I paid it and now this is the second time happening to me. Idk if this an Xbox or Gaijin problem.
