Unable to message Game Master

I’ve been having a conversation with a GM regarding changing my username for a ban, however when I go to reply now I get an error message saying I need to play the game in order to send a message. But I can’t play the game to send a message until I’m unbanned… I’m stuck, please help

I totally would, if I could. I can’t PM anyone, that’s kinda the whole issue

Known issue, a GM may see this and chime in.

They really should tweak that, or make a stickied thread for name change mentionings.
