I have been trying to change my accounts email for months but cannot receive the SMS code to link my phone. Basically in order to add an email you have to link a mobile device, when I attempt to add one I never get the link code. I have been attempting this for over a month. I have a support ticket open with gaijin support but they gave me a generic bot like answer and get the feeling my whole ticket was not even read, just the title was. Support told me to set up 2-factor email authorization because they are having an issue with SMS in my area. The thing is having 2-factor email does nothing to solve to issue of adding an email to my account. Therefore the advice of support has been useless and so far I get the feeling that Im not getting another response on that ticket (hopefully I will be proven wrong). And help is appreciated.
