I’d say things like VAB MK.3 with the Sich module and the Buk with sea sparrows would meet the criteria (+ the stuff mirioka posted).
On the other hand there’s also the M2A2 ODS SA, M1A1 SA, M1A1 AIM and the “V” variants of leopards that recived era like Kontact or the M-84s with the drone cage forcing the removal of lws and the hull mounted machine gun + local made protection for Patriots and Irst that while different to other countries don’t differ that much.
The problem is if they decide to add UKR to the game and add all of these additions it will make a lot of nations pointless to play. The US already suffers since everyone gets better US made vehicles while the US TT needs to wait even longer for the equivalent to come to the home TT. Germany has the same issue regarding the 2A7 and KF41, the KF41 should be in Germany along with the 2A7+ with the .50 cal but instead only Italy gets those variants.
Ukraine is going to buy the Slinger RCWS system from EOS, including mounting them on their Kozak MRAP’s and M113’s, the latter can be added to fill up Tier V SPAA line. At the very least it’s worth keeping an eye on
