Germany ,USA, Italy , Russia , France mostly
It’s pretty much a T-80BVM sidegrade, if implemented with chinese ammunition. Better reverse gear + better armor thanks to welded turret and effective ERA (unless devs use some “reliable” sources to nerf it) but worse acceleration (1200 hp engine on Oplot vs 1250 hp engine on BVM) and rather weaker rounds (it is known Thais use BTA4 / 125-II for their VT-4s, and their autoloaders should both accomodate the round)
Y’all don’t know how long I was waiting for this, a Ukrainian ground drone (not sure which one) firing an Igla manpad
(Would definitely need ammo boxes though)
Those things are effective but borderline ridiculous. But if it works…
the instrument of apocalyps
experimental BTR-80 with 57mm S-60 cannon
So many cool unique things that would be great for the game. If they added the Ukraine tech tree, I would invest money and hours like no one has seen before.
Bonus : Moravan Z-137 Agro Turbo turboprop aircraft, modified with R-73 air-to-air missile(s) firing capability.
Nice, would fit as a nice premium in the Czeckoslovak tech tree to continue on the Zlín Z-37 TM legacy.
isnt the 2S19 hull just a T-80 hull with the front composites ripped out so the UFP is like 17mm thick and the side armor aswell?
bouncing shells on the turret cheeks but getting 50 cal through the hull
Perfect 6.7 premium.
This is Ukraine Ground Forces Tree topic.
Stick to it please.
Yes please! I do not know why Gaijin is simply refusing to add any Ukrainian tanks, although some of them are very notable (like the T-34, etc.), but also: For soviet ukrainian tanks, I think that it would be best to embed them into the USSR tech tree (even though they mostly already are) and add the Ukrainian SSR flag next to them.
Wouldnt that not work tho? Its the UNITED Soviet Socialist Republics, Ukraine SSR is already in that.
Ukrainian vehicles would technically start after their independence.
Ukraine played a huge role when it came to Soviet tank design, KhPZ became the largest tank production hub of the Soviet Union. Both countries contributed and worked together designing and manufacturing.
Also in game the tree is as much Ukraine as it is Russian.
The history of the USSR’s design and manufacturing and what it led to is quite fascinating.
T-80UD ingame is from Ukrainian SSR. The Pakistani T-80UD ingame was actually never in service with Pakistan and is a Ukrainian demonstration vehicle sent to Pakistan for tests in the 90s (ingame it has a similiar factory designation to T-84).
I personally think they should add SSR flags for all of the republics as a decal and additionally add the Georgian SSR flag for Su-25, and whatever other flags need to be added for other vehicles.
They can also add the Russian SSR flag for most of the ingame vehicles right now
Hence why I said most of them are already there.
