Ukraine Ground Forces Tree

Also some solid images of the Leopard 1A5DK(V).

Leopard 1A5DK(V), the Armor Spitter

  • On top of the vehicle being layered in Kontact-1, the Leopard’s upper front plate is equipped with indigenous Nizh-1M ERA tiles which significantly increase its ability to withstand both CE and KE munitions. Nizh-1M is known to have superior performance when compared to Kontact-5. Overall, this is a serious revitalization of an old vehicle that’s been retired from the German military for around two decades.
  • Tough vehicle to place a BR for but if I had to, I would place it at BR ~10.0 due to its new armor profile, good mobility, thermals, and DM63 APFSDS-T.

where the hell do they get so much Kontakt lmao

Soviet stockpile

I believe they are still making it. If you search up Nizh-1M, you can find the website for the company making it and they are also producing 4S20U, which is a Ukrainian modernized version of Kontakt-1.

I decided to look more into the T-84U above and found a bit about it. It’s name is Мурчик , or Murchik, which means “One who loves to purr.” It’s a common cat name. On the other side of the bore evacuator, a cat is painted on.

Yeah this one from my understanding was used in heavy fighting initially before being moved to a promotional role for the UAF.

Rumors are, this tank is still used as fighting machine, not only as a promotion steel box

I mean it makes sense since there’s footage coming out on Telegram of it in specific locations. Interesting to see.

PRP-3(M) ‘Parus’: New-found Purpose

  • A PRP-3 (that is based off of the BMP-1 hull/chassis) forward observation vehicle that’s been modernized with a BM-7 Parus combat module, offering the vehicle a 30mm ZTM-1 autocannon, 30mm KBA-117 grenade launcher, and a KT-7.62mm coaxial machine gun. This is highly unique since the original vehicle featured a small caliber armament along with several comms equipment and a laser rangefinder for spotting targets for artillery units. In the configuration shown in the image, it is not equipped with ATGM’s.

Continuing from my earlier Gravehawk post (which I replied too in this post), the Gravehawk has been shown here in its containerized version. Shown here are R-73’s (the control surfaces on the tip of the missile are throwing me off). It can also equip the AIM-132 ASRAAM. Both the containerized and mobile versions share the same armament and are the same system. The containerized version can also be ‘mobile’ through the use of a Leyland DAF 8x6 heavy duty truck as seen below. The system uses advanced EO/IR equipment, controlled through the use of a game-style controller and display.

🇺🇦 T-80UD: Old Dog, New Tricks

Disclaimer: AI Imaging has been used to remove crew per forum guidelines.

  • A Ukrainian T-80UD that’s been fitted with additional Kontact-1 ERA on the LFP and folding net on the back of the turret.
  • The T-80UD is the foundation of the BM Oplot-series. The vehicle externally is very identical to the T-80U but is equipped with a 1,000hp 6TD-1 Diesel Engine as well as many other modifications. It was produced at the Malyshev Plant in Kharkiv prior to the fall of the Soviet Union as well as in the late 90’s for Pakistan.
  • Not many of these vehicles remain within Ukraine but the few that do are in the process or have already been updated for continued service. There’s been at least 3-4 spotted.

I actually expected more missiles inside of the container, since this missile has a capability to be guided through HMD

Something similar to this project. Don’t get me wrong,2 missiles is still good, but something like a 100 (which technically can fit in a shipping container horizontally) is far better.
