T38 “Stiletto” — a Belarusian-Ukrainian automated military surface-to-air missile system developed in 1994.
The system is all-weather and is designed to defend ground forces units, industrial and military facilities from strikes by all types of modern and prospective air attack means flying at extremely low, low, and medium altitudes.
It consists of the T381 combat vehicle, developed in Belarus, and two-stage guided surface-to-air missiles T382, developed at the “Luch” design bureau in Kyiv. The “Stiletto” system is armed with 8 T382 missiles.
Created to replace the “Osa-AKM” SAM system.

We can get one with drozd for US or classic one for Japan because of Malaysia

Japan can get most kawaii setup in the game, 2 BTR-3, BTR-4, T-84, Oplot, PT-91, BMP-3, Su-30 + Mi-24

Definitely need the t-84. Definitely also need the other 2 btr-3 variants. We already have the oplot. The pt-91 would be another awsome tank to have.
Kinda thought thats what you meant, but wasn’t sure. Do you know if the t-84 for maylasia and the 2 other btr-3 variant been suggested? Or even the Pt-91 pendekar
