A little time has passed, so you can write
Captured (Trophy) from 1-3 of the latest T80BVMs mod 2023 year
there is not enough T-14 and I will be happy!

Say I know it’s just a suggestion but have the devs seen this or no? Would like to see a Ukrainian tree

Anything made in their respective nation during their time as part of the Warsaw pact should be added to a seperate tree that is dedicated to Warsaw pact vehicles to save over representing a single nation (USSR)

While waiting for the Ukrainian rep to get back to me, created two new pending suggestions, both of which are equipped with Hard-kill APS:

T-64BV (Zaslin)

Note the Zaslin module mounted on the hull on the center-side of the vehicle, above the ERA, with one on each side of the vehicle.

Object 478BME2

Equipped with Drozd taken from an old T-55AD and modified to fit the vehicle. Vehicle has been exported to the United States.

Honorable Mention:

A BMP-2 equipped with Shershen, or Zaslin-L, a variant made specifically for light vehicles.

If anyone knows the status of any of the Zaslin-family of APS (beyond Turkey) in-service with Ukraine or just other prototypes like a possible T-64BM ‘Bulat’ with it or something, please share in the comments. Also if there’s more images of the Shershen/Zaslin-L equipped BMP-2. I found more images before but now I can’t find them.

Edit:

Bonus video from MicroTek, the company that manufactures Zaslin, Zaslin-L, Duplet-2M ERA, Nizh-1M ERA, Appliqué armor solutions, etc. Video also shows the T-64BV Zaslin which is a current pending suggestion.

Not since 1991 it has become a Independant country just like the Baltic states. Just look at Germany they have Soviet era tech in their Tech Tree, so why not add it into Ukraine?

The thing about Germany, it uses East German equipment, what it sounds like you’re proposing is a full Soviet copy and paste with a Ukrainian end game, nobody wants that.

Not the new tree I’ve got being developed.

  • Rank VI to Rank VIII
    • Unlocked by getting to Rank VI in USSR, USA, or Germany, or having it as a part of the USSR tree as a “multiple nations” in one as previously discussed.
  • Focuses on Ukrainian developments and chops out a lot of the Copy and Paste.
  • Lines up with the Ukrainian Air Tree.
  • Similar hybrid to what Germany will look like when it gets the rest of its East German equipment, but predominantly Ukrainian equipment with limited Western.
    • Similar tree style to what any implementation of Poland would be.
  • Room for growth as new vehicles are developed since Ukraine has billions being dropped into defense from its GDP.

I’m just waiting on to see if I hear back from Ukrainian Defense Representatives before continuing but I don’t think I will.

You don’t want that you don’t control everyone. Besides Ukraine deserves a place in this game, among friends.

Might as well. Gaijin has repeatedly broken their own promises and rules, who knows lmao.

Tree is going to be still unlocked by getting to Rank VI with USSR, Germany, or US. Another option is the whole “multiple” trees in one we’ve all discussed already, just pushing it to a later Rank to knock out some middleman. I mean in reality, all trees additions are situational so idk. Regardless how Ukraine gets added, my main focus is to highlight all of Ukraine’s developments and unique vehicles with this tree with the hope of getting it in some form like this.

What do you mean? It’s pretty clear that the majority hate clone trees. Also I agree they do deserve a place in the game.

Also, the problem is that the Ukraine Air Tree suggestion starts at Rank VI and can’t be lowered. They’re not going to add a Ground Tree starting at Rank IV and an Air Tree at Rank VI with how important CAS is to gameplay so I had to match the Air Tree in starting point. That’s why this will be starting at Rank VI now. It does knock out a lot of copy and paste and it’s not impossible considering how Israel was added starting at Rank IV which no one expected originally. Rank VI isn’t “too” far fetched but it’s not what I wanted to do. It is what it is.

That’s one issue I had with it initially, is there a top rank helicopter that can accompany the tree? I heard some things about AH-1Z’s but who knows if that will even happen. Something similar to the Apache or even a Kamov.
