Your problem is comparing it directly to other tanks instead of identifying what it excels at that other tanks do not.
Fixed 10x zoom, Small profile, High mobility, 4 Second reload, shells that are not super high-pen
Means the Type 90 works better as an ambusher or long-range support rather than a slugger. :)

It is fine for 11.7, problem is 11.7 is uptier hell so obviously ur gonna be facing stuff that are much harder to kill using JM33, basically an 11.0 round forced to fight 12.7.

Lightweight part means you do everything to ensure you get the first shot. Many other top tier vehicles share ~20 degrees/s turret traverse. :)
