Aside from turret rotation speed and 1 degree of gun depression (keep in mind the type 10 can lower its suspension so really it has better gun depression), the Type 10 is just better. The mobility is pretty much the same, the Leclerc has better HP, but weights an extra 10 tones.
Type 10 has better armor, better shell in terms of PEN and damage and a better reload. Type 10 can also go 70km in reverse.
I honesty can not see what makes these two tanks worth the same battle rating.
The Leclerc should just be fixed in all aspects which wont happen but one can hope
The armor analisys is a bir liar, if you actually point the armor analisys cursos over few spots, you’ll find more weaknesses with the Type 10, the vehicle have a very few sections of actual good armor with them being turret cheeks and the small part in front of the driver by the section between the lower and upper glacis.
The Leclercs are fine where they are, ask for decompression.

no comparable armor, mediocre mobility
good factors that it can go 64 km/h reverse, good ammunition and a 5s reload at ACE.
the only version with trophy is the merkava mk. 4M which is 12.0, but, the other merkavas mk. 4 are also at 12.0 even if they don’t have the extra protection (aps).
comparing the reload rates of leclerc, type 10 and merkava they are nearly identical (with leclerc being 5 seconds too and type 10 being just 4 seconds.)
we gotta also talk about how big of a target it is and how the crew is so close to each other.

Leclerc’s worst question now is its track, which have hindered his overall maneuverability and driving experience. Protection and firepower are secondary, and even if the protection is improved, it cannot reach the level of the STRV122 or T-90M. However, if the tracks are fixed, it can at least become a flexible glass cannon.
Leclerc defintely have better armor than the type 10.
70kph reverse speed seems a bit irrelevant lol. I can count the amount of times in my short time needing it that I have ever needed to go full tilt reverse for any amount of time over like 5-10 seconds, and it wouldn’t get near that speed. Especially if I’ve messed with my suspension for depression.
You look faster than me, I think there’s 0’ elevation in the rear while I still have a a slight bit(not much). Depression angles IMO are situation dependent, because it takes time to move in and out, yours is just static. Paired with my absolutely atrocious elevation angle and messing with your suspension can screw you up.
Your armor is definitely better than mine. It’s a give and take, so if you don’t like the weaknesses/strength, switch and grind.
