Tws esa / aesa

The bugs with the AESA radars has not been resolved, even though the new “Line of Contact” update claims it has. At least the ELTA EL/M-2052 radar (Kfir C.10) has actually worsened. If anyone could confirm whether the issue has been resolved with the other AESA radars released before the update, I would greatly appreciate it. I have already submitted a report; please provide support.

I understand, this bug has been around since the “Spearhead” update, and I’m tempted to say that these radars were absurdly nerfed to make room for the new ones. I hope Gaijin fixes this problem soon because using this radar mode is practically mandatory at these levels. Thank you

all of the AESA and PESA radar are broken, not only su30

Oh wow, thanks for the info. Were the new AESA/PESA models added in this update as well?

Many of the new aircraft like the Typhoon, Su-30SM2, JAS 39E, F/A-18E, and J-10C feature newly added AESA/PESA radars in the game. However, I’ve only managed to research the Su-30SM2 so far, not the others. But based on my experience flying the Su-30SM2, F-15C GE, and the Rafale, their radars—whether AESA or PESA—are almost unusable in the game, they’ve all gone completely haywire.

That’s right, I’ve been using the Kfir C.10 since it was added, and after the last update, these radars are broken and with many bugs. It’s important to clarify that this only applies to TWS ESA, TWS HDN, and TWS GMTI modes. SRC, SRC HDN, and SRC GMTI modes work perfectly.

Yes, the TWS bug has always existed, but before it only occurred occasionally. After this major version update, the TWS mode for AESA/PESA radars is now in a completely chaotic state.
