I am facing a situation where I think my radar does not work properly. Does anybody have the same issues?

When confronted the CS, they answered me this: (see attached picture)
You have probably turned on the IFF filter to show only allies.
You can use this key bind to change the filter:
Or alternatively use the new on-screen radar controls (key bind “Change air radar control mode” to show/hide the controls and then the IFF filter is the bottom left option you can click when holding “alt” to show the cursor):
