"Tusk Force" Update Trailer!

Well, at least the U.S. finally have a bomber with 20mm defensive armament in the form of a tail gun instead of the usual .50 cal.

Honest trailer.

Line of tanks driving full speed, fireing in a general direction of an enemy like its a cold war era soviet training exercise.
Everyone smokes the area when receiving fire.
Knife fight starts.

Peak War Thunder gameplay.

And I will ask again… Where is Wespe? Where is Hummel? Where is Bishop? Where is Priest? And so on…
You have them all half modeled already (more than half when it comes to Hummel). Why copy pasting US artillery everywhere, when other nations have their own designs?

As far as I understand, the BUK-M3 will receive missiles with an active homing head, it will be almost impossible to escape from them at ground level, the speed is Mach 4.

It’s Ukrainian Soviet tech, not Russian Soviet. The T-84 was developed independently by Ukraine after the collapse of the Soviet Union. There is ZERO reason why the USSR tree should get it.

Pretty sure an ARH Buk missile was never made

Post Soviet Ukrainian, not Post Soviet Russian.

Yes, you are almost right. Buk-M3 received a very rare missile that it will hardly use. It is an export missile 9M317ME. But it seems that no one bought it, so its technical characteristics may be fictitious.

Trailer shows BUK-M3 with the 9M317M missile…

So, by that logic(They have a lot of Brit/Soviet/Russian tech, a fairly Brit/Soviet/Russian linked military tradition, Commonwealth/Soviet links and so on), we also should be getting post-1991 Ukrainian vehicles in Soviet tech tree. Also Leopard 2 and Centauro for mid-2000s Russian shift in politics.

Dont forget Oplot for USA

Any scrutiny? I posted a screenshot from video and all I’ve heard is screeching about seeker, before jannies came in and wiped all of discussion due to it being off-topic.

Also true!

Be Kharkov tank buerau which existed since Soviet times
Make new tank after Union collapsed
Ukrainian government wants it
Can’t pay
Make tanks for export, Thailand buys them
Government finally can pay for one(1) tank, buys it
Sells it to US some time later
