Turret rotation speed bugs?

I have noticed this behaviour on some soviet tanks; the turret rotation speed can be increased by turning the hull which is a big advantage when coupled with a stabiliser.

When turning the hull, a full 360 can be done in 8 seconds, but if you turn the turret itself, that same 360 takes 28 seconds !

Any explanations ?

The turret was ordered to stay on target and just followed orders.

jokes aside, is this a bug that needs to be reported ?

not really, its just how stabilizers are modeled in game

this is an issue with how stabilisers work in game. you can make a turret stay on target and your hull span 180 degrees in less than a second sometimes
