Wouldn’t it work to include that in the tree alongside the Israeli event or TITAS, and then add the ones Azerbaijan is operating domestically for Turkey?

Israel has many T-72s that aren’t just copy-and-paste clones; there are probably at least four variants.
If you include the T-55 Trophy, the Tiran, and their variants, this alone could form a long family tree.
For Israel, you could simply add Elbit’s T-72 Aslan 2024 to that tree, and for Turkey, adding the Aslan operated domestically by Azerbaijan (which is probably slightly different?) would help differentiate the lineup and provide a good reason to include it.
