TT Russia is miserable and nothing can be done against it

eh not really when bmp2m exists. xm800t is at the same br as bmp2 and bradley hardly much better.

vikhris have much faster time to target and actually kill tanks with consistency, of course fnf is great but it has fairly large issues. you can actually sit at 8 kilometers on vikhr carrying helis you cant do that in fnf carrying helis as it would requirea blessing for anything to actually hit.

dubious at best. su25, su24m, su25t, yak 9ut, yak 9k. tu 2s, early jet is the only place where cas is lacking imo.
best spaas in the game at essentially every br.

and as for your first question, i didnt necessarily say overperfming i said they have unrealistic advantages, the ERA overperfoming under pretty much every metric, but only for russia(overperfoming flat KE, Stacking protection when multiple side by side modules are hit, no modelling of anti era properties for shells, lack of modelling of fcs capabilities of tanks which benefits t series and early challenger 1, no regenerative steering, top attack munitions being stopped by era this is fairly niche)
and whilst i agree with the state of spaa i wouldnt say the pantsir is part of that, its fully capable of defending itself, its only lacking in the ability to actually hit aircraft at range.

Fire salvo, go reload, fire salvo, go reload, bis repetita. F&F missiles may have a lower hitrate, but since you can spam them at will they still end up more effective than SA missiles.
The Vikhrs demand that you guide them to impact, ofc they’ll have a higer hitrate since you can react to your target, but that means you are obliged to expose yourself for the entire duration of the flight, and Vikhrs are fast, but every AA missile is faster.

Most of those are limitations inherent to WT’s nature.
The only legitimate one is the lack of anti-era shells.
Really would like to see the source on modern Soviet tanks not having regenerative steering as well, this one keeps being repeated, but I am very skeptical.

The amount of effort and skill needed to pull off non fnf agm helis at br above 10.3 when you regularly run into saclos spaa pretty much renders them useless for overwhelming majority of players myself included and its just a gamble if one is up or not, want to get better at helis but havent worked on it yet, have seen it pulled off playing spaa recently but extremely rare to see.

And again even if russian ERA is overperforming, it is reflected in the br system, without it virtually all T series would get moved down and russia wouldn’t have any top tier vehicles besides the pantsir maybe. Tournement again filled with abrams after they banned the 2a7/122, when the BVM/t90 is available for play. The advantages better protection brings is only useful against lesser skill players, and you can’t control who you run into in game.

Fuck i started ruski ground.

So the 10.3 premiums and squadron vic is struggle gameplay? Was going to purchase next sale.

US ground best for noobs then?

Yeah I’ve seen claims that all latest Russian tanks are rolling off the assembly line with 24kph reverse speed still no proof after all these years also saw a video from an official Russian media where they are driving behind a reversing T-80BVM talking about its superior reverse speed compared to others while the man driving the car has conveniently placed his hand on the wheel where it blocks the speedometer for the camera

But from the movement of the car itself you can tell it goes more than 4kph…all of that would maybe matter if it wasnt in the testing phase still so, no currently theres no Russian tanks going that much in reverse but they are finally accepting the fact that there is a problem.

@tokerstar if you wanna go 10.3 go for UD and the 2S38, Turms is dog water 3 days old and hope for the best. 2S38 is painfully not a wonder weapon so dont play it like that lol UD is good and sturdy but thats it. I personally find the whole tech tree of USSR in that later stage to be rather sad and depressing

Bmp2m and 2s38 are great. Russia is fine until more modern tiers, if you want the best ground expierence at higher tiers germany and sweden are good. The advantages abrams has requires you to know what you are doing.

When your 122mm on the non-pens a spot where it overmatches the armor, and you have a 20 second reload:

Anklebiter activities smh

I always wondered why these where 8.3 when the weasel was 7.3, but ive been playing 7.7 russia recently and found out why, at least I have 50 cals on these tanks but that vehicle is an absolute black hole for fusing shells, shot the engine and somehow didnt knock out the crew with spall or explosion. These things terrify me.

Also wish russia would have put a stablizer on the btr we have in game, kinda miserable without one. BR increase wouldnt matter since it honestly performs better in uptiers than downtiers because of how many heavies are present at the lower brs.

i mean btr-80 w stablizer would be the biggest rat ever
also the pen isnt even that good, id rather use bradley over that
its also has no armor and slow
u can 50 cal it

Well do i have good news for you, it exists and is called the BTR-82A, even has thermals!

HSTV-L is in an another league when compared to BMP-2M.

When AAs are around, FnF helicopters are easily better than Kamovs, that’s not even up to discussion.

they are in different league of their own yeah

Bad turn rate would stop that from happening…

Also the BTR-90A with Berezhok weapon system exists, which would be a BMP-2M on a BTR-80 chassis.
