Sorry I don’t really know Brimstones well. I know my own experience on the receiving end and that’s it. I’d often have them launched at me before I was able to track and fire on the EF as they would be using map cover to get very close before launching.
I’d argue the main problem there is very predictable spawn points and the spawn being surrounded by the other team also.
I think it’s gotten off topic though, that’s annoying that T80-BVM users weren’t sympathetic to calls for second opinions on its good armour profile.
What I really want personally for USSR top tier is more solid 12.0 ground vehicle options.
Because there is 3, one has a 4kmh reverse gear, another is a SPAA, the BVM is actually good but still has to be used with all Russian MBT weaknesses in mind.
people just see 18x missiles and assume it must be crazy good.
see, this would bring the EFT well within the air defense net, and to engage it would need to pop out of cover, find target and then guide the brimstone - and we still arrive at the same issue of Brimstone being SAL and TGP limits.
i think its more of an issue of SAL Brimstones not fitting the meta all that well.
hey, im fully prepared to have sober talk about advantages and disadvantages of any vehicle. sadly from my experience most of the talks here fall into them vs. us trap.
well for entirely new tank designs theres only really armata, and lets be honest, that thing cant be added in balanced state; it will either be the most game breaking thing ever added, or meme.
then there are the prototypes, or different variatns of already existing vehicles, like that T72 thats going to be added in Leviathans with APS. That actually sounds nice.
I spaded 8.7 after the t55 got moved up, think its still solid with t62, 685, and bmp2 + shilka w/ radar. I seen a lot of people trashing the t62 there but aside from the dart having bad post pen it was one of the more fun t series I played, it actually has some reverse and the armor is decent.
Not really.
You set a mark at their spawn and fire off the missile and then hide until the missile is like 4-5s away from the target and at that point you just pop up and laze the target, so Brimstones can be used as a quasi-FnF.
Videos showcasing this have been made months ago, don’t know how you missed those.
38MT doesn’t benefit from the GNSS just like Hammers.
He got brutally exposed and that’s literally the only argument he has left to defend his stance.
I’m performing in line with my account average with these allegedly brokenly OP machines because I’m willingly engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct, and not because they aren’t as strong as I want you to believe.
Somehow I didn’t realise the T-62 had a 125mm gun for the longest time, often defaulting to T55AM for its survivability.
I had I fun couple weeks abusing them in the weeks before the T55AM nerf and found a lot of fun using them in more of a sniping role, they performed really well.
But yeah still a powerful lineup at 8.7 but it’s also very compelling to build one at 9.0 or even 9.3
Oh right, they are supposed to be played in massively complicated way thats hinges on almost entirely on perfect timing as if you were parrying the enemy in Dark Souls, just without any visual cues.
Nah, clearly you know all the answers. Go ahead, tell us how to play the Eurofighter. Otherwise don’t try and tell others that they are playing it wrong.
Then link it. Come on Ghost, obviously you know all the answers and plays. I’m giving you an opportunity to explain to Burger, myself, and others on how to play with glorified GBUs.
Ah, makes sense. You say there is a way to play them, and then you don’t explain it. Maybe don’t talk about things that you clearly have no idea about.
Cool, then either link it or concede. You want to talk about how great you are with it, yet you refuse to show how. All it takes is a single link, but nope, you just want to talk about how amazing you are and how Burger is a pleb for not knowing the super secret way that everyone knows (but you refuse to say what it is).
