Is that the only way to appeal? I’m a level 72 all the evidence is in replays. I did all my research to learn the game.

I know that, my account was Registered in 2016 back when I had a shitty computer. Now I got a decent one and getting better so My replays are there that’s all the evidence they need. Everything there is legit.

Please remember also: People often undervalue the use of 2-step-authorisation. A well protected account is important to prevent someone can get illegal access to it and get someone into trouble.
Even if that happens, the responsibility for the accounts security lies always with the owner of the account, meaning that if the players don’t protect their accounts, they might have to face the consequences if their accounts are used to perform illegal actions by others…

Sound mods are something to debate, depending what you used, they may be categorized as cheating like sound mods that gives advantages like making vehicles engine louders, things like that.
Terrible excuse. Many people including myself use sound and cosmetics mods with no issue.

I too have been banned, same reason, definitely have no bots, apps, software etc.
played for well over a decade so pretty silly to think i’d suddenly start to cheat.
Anyway, hopefully will get fixed, otherwise the elites will not have me as cannon fodder!
