Trying to Contact a GameMaster Regarding my Account

I’ll leave this here. If any game master available I tried contacting multiple game masters to look at my account being blocked. as a new player who spent countless hours and trying to learn the game and saved up money to buy premium vehicles, it saddened me to know I might not get access to that account again, it says I got blocked for 3rd party software. Please go watch my replays and everything I’m a new player who just today got to top tier and was so happy. I am willing to do anything to prove my innocence. I’ve contacted multiple game masters and made a gaijin support ticket now I’m waiting. Please help me Appeal, Thank you !

Could it be that I had WeMod downloaded? -WeMod is software that the creators designed to only work on Single player games, to give you modded version of the game. But not sure if it affects War Thunder, Please go watch my replays all the evidence is in there.

Game masters wont be able to help with bans regarding cheats/hacks.

The only thing players can do in this case is contact support if they think someone else has used their account.

I did that and if I proved someone else did can I get my account back?
Is that the only way to appeal? I’m a level 72 all the evidence is in replays. I did all my research to learn the game.

No one on the forum will be able to answer any of your questions regarding this, only support can.

Gotcha. Do you know how long support takes ?
Cause this is a mistake I’m sure of it, all the evidence is in replays so I’ll leave it at that. Hopefully I get a reply soon

I know that, my account was Registered in 2016 back when I had a shitty computer. Now I got a decent one and getting better so My replays are there that’s all the evidence they need. Everything there is legit.

Man i am on list too,can’t belive,i never cheated,they rly have problem with they “ban” engine,i once used soundMod in past but this is not normal i cant be banned becouse of that…i can prove that i am not cheater i have all replays to send…
