Sounds like they know of the issue now. Hopefully fixed in the next patch.

I wonder how they get away with selling defective products
i have an average of 12-60ping (ms) so i do not thing that that’s the issue here.

Atleast buying the turms while its broken has saved me well over £100 buying the rest of the premiums i wanted…
Made me think twice about giving them another penny again
Alot of companies will offer compensation when products are defective, then theres Gaijin.
F2 and turms purchases should be offered a refund

The F2 has been broken for months so i dont have much hope for the turms being fixed any time soon.

It doesn’t even feel legal. Digital regulation need a massive overhaul as im pretty sure anything else you buy you get consumer rights- 1 year for all electronics in UK for EG. Doesnt even seem to matter when digital products dont work as advertised
EU Directive 2019/770 defines “non-conformity” (faults) as when digital items fail to match the contract or objective expectations. Turm III is broken, meaning the digital content doesn’t match the contract and objective expectation, and hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time. I’ve requested a refund through support. Lets see what happens.

I was thinking of doing the same but Gaijin will have had their spenny lawyers putting in something that covers their defective products
Im very interested to how this turns out tho’ as il be asking for the same if you do get the refund. Iv never even used a working version of the tank

Gaijin are somehow worse than EA, like EA il never touch another one of their games. Stopped playing ultimate team like 5 years ago… wanted to play BF6 but principles.
This infantry mode they think will save the day has zero chance too. The Clankiest movement of any shooter since N64 with the grind of war thunder… imagine 400k rp for an AK, 100k for the scope, no thanks
