Actually… maybe… maybe i dont want to speculate or something about gaijin but the top tier of israel in general (in ground, in air idk) its very fucked up, about the values of the armor, 9 months to fix an aps and even more untill they do it, the namer with overweight when it should weight like 20 tons less… im starting to think that this is more a political matter cuz of the actual situation with israel than just the tipical gaijin ignoring problems
Of course there is a Political motive, you mean to tell me they can easily model and add a functioning APS for the new Russian Vehicle but not the fix the one on the Merkava which is already implemented to the game?
Imagine if this were a Russian vehicle or even worse a Chinese one.

Why would I do that?
Every time someone mentions it on the bug reporting forum the moderators add the “Duplicate” tag and just link to the original year old report.

A senior tech moderator i dont want to say names but basicly the “I cant tell you when it will be fixed but i can tell you its being actively worked on” its the most useful (even if they just dont want to fix it) that the tech mods hace give me, i texted others and some of them ignored me and the ones that at least answered me they told me: "It doesnt matter that your post has 2k views, all posts and issues gets treated the same*
Looked at the bugs site, 73 reports were made on just Trophy APS for the last year and a half (may have missed some, so it could be higher). And the main report has over 100 people supporting it… oof Gaijin.

The real issue is that is doesnr add up because its missing all the armor that was taken form the turret and added to the hull

Yes. The merkava hull in testing was found to have been able to survive its own apfsds rounds to the hull like a lot of modern tanks can. The named which has both the turret and hull armor in one place definitely can aswell

Is it just me or does the vehicle that shoots the missiles in order to test the APS in the test drive map, purposely shoot below the Tank’s hull on the Merkava Mk4M and the Namer?
I can’t get it to shoot above the tracks at all and it’s been like that for a while.
Even if I manage to trick. the missile by driving forwards it just kills my transmission even though the APS “Intercepted” it.
Anyone else getting this issue?

How long did the trophy broke? About 4 months 2 big updates? Hope they wont selective neglect until leopard2&abrams get aps versons¯_(ツ)_/¯

10 months and i dont know how many updates, as i can imagine we havent got any big mbts update since a long time (like the one includiong leo7, abrams sepv2, t90m) so i think its very close an update with the leo8 and abrams sepv3, and ofc when they release it it cant be broke… so its just a matter of time the real problem its that or 1, they really have a fat issue with this bug or 2, they just ignoring it for political matters. Because theres been not 1 but 2 videos from the official main channel talking about APS sistems and in the first video dont show the trophy in action and in the second the people can clearly see that it fails to intercept. If u look in the comment section of the last video 80% of the comments are people asking to fix the trophy

I would wager it could be political at this point. There have been a few highly questionable, now deleted comments from a few unnamed gaijin employees/staff.
