I’ve already tried restarting the game twice but that didn’t work. Idk if i have to wait an indefinite amount of time before it finally registers my order but usually making the same purchase directly from the console would be an instant process.
Nah, thats a new tactic to rip console players and those who switched to pc off. Been waiting for my stuff for around 3 days now and still nothing

for them to add to your account you need to log back into War Thunder ON your Playstation for them to add.

I’m not entirely certain but i think console accounts need to start up their console and log into their account on the console for purchases to register properly and be available on the PC version of the game.
This i think is a limitation of the console companies not allowing some things to sync between the console and the PC versions of the game.

and what if i sold my xbox a year ago? havent had any problems with buying them on microsoft store and then use the xbox login on pc, but my pack wasnt there this time. does it mean i wasted 100 bucks and cant even get a refund? sounds like a scam to me

If you haven’t used the item i think they can refund it, but that’s just from what i’ve heard. I don’t actually know, i do not have any contact with that team and no insight into how they operate (other than what’s generally in the ToS and what i’ve read here on the forum).
they told only told me to log into my xbox that i dont have, replied and havent heard anything back so far. its very disappoint considering it worked like 3 months ago without any issue. very frustrating. makes sense that i feel scammed

As Necronomica said, you have to get into the game on your console, or at least that’s how it’s been to me every time I’ve bought something. Premium time did not come with my pack either though.
found a workaround for my issue, i have to install War thunder through the microsoft store again and launch it from there (facepalm)
