No exclusion through terms and conditions: Companies cannot stipulate in their contracts that customers waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits or representative actions. Such clauses would be invalid as an unreasonable disadvantage.

If you have any complaints about the legal side of things then i recommend contacting the legal departement (their contact info is in section 12 of the ToS), i can’t really comment on details as i don’t have a legal education and i’m not speaking on behalf of Gaijin in those regards.
Depending on the terms you agreed to when you became a Game Master you, and others like you here, may be considered representatives of Gaijin.
Which would open you all up to the possibility of being responsible for your actions here.

I will have all of this reviewed by a lawyer, and if there is even the slightest chance, then 2023 will have been a joke – having fooled the community like this for two years.

Well likely yes, but probably not for legal matters. It would be weird for moderators to be representing areas that they aren’t responsible for.
Game Masters do not handle the forum, if you have questions about forum moderation then send a private message to one of the Forum Moderators. Flaggs are also community guided, the Forum Moderators then handle those flags depending on the content of the post, false flaggs can get the one doing them punished instead (you can read about the flag system here: Forum Flagging System Explanation).
Discussing moderation in public is generally not allowed.

I actually cannot believe they haven’t come up with a system to automate this process.
They have plenty of time for deleting posts… But they cant put an intern traspassing accounts somehow.

Ok, now if the reason is legal, lets stop saying Console to PC transfer and instead Account Optimisation, because if we transfer accounts it is giving Sony the legal foothold that it tanks their profit and disrupts the console community, if we reframe it as Optimisation, we are optimising our accounts to work better on PC plus a tiny extra HUD and interface, if they argue against that, they are advocating for not letting PS players stuck in the middle to get better treatment as exculsives in both worlds are locked
But who can help us if we’re just ignored by everyone? You’re the only person here who talks to us normally.

As I understand it the forums arent run by Gaijin anymore.
There is no legal reason why Gaijin cant transfer accounts. Technically Gaijin isnt touching the console account, just copying it for sole PC use.
Only legal things that cant carry over is exclusives to the consoles, which should just be a thing for PS users, and GE for some odd reason.
There is no help for us. Gaijin got what they want from us, and are perfectly happy to leave our accounts in limbo while they make copy paste vehicles to stick in every tech tree for the newer players to buy into.

It is still interfering with sonys closed console community though, for each person switching to pc there will be less future purchasers to buy premium accounts and the PS exclusives (which stay in the PS store to stop people from switching over to PC so easily). By transferring accounts, Gaijin is interfering with this closed loop and Sonys revenue by cutting copying that data and pasting it to a dedicated PC account, making the PS version of that account redundant, that is meaning that sony no longer has a large part of that community in their “ecosysytem” to pay for premiums which on turn wont give them a 30% console tax thry placed on the item. However, if we name it Optimising, we are saying we want our account to be better suited to PC with less bugs and maybe some extra HUD (wink wink), by advocating against this, Sony is effectively saying they dont want their players to have a better and smoother gaming which would explain why people can only use premium packs if they log back into PS and can only get GE on PC with a PS account.
Surely there’s no backlog/ its been like 2 years and it should theoretic be easy to set up with the boom in AI, and other company’s
