Yall need to bring it back already its been nearly a year since the last time, I’ve basically quit playing the game maybe a couple matches a month is all. i don’t spend money on it anymore there’s no point in giving yall anymore when you cant even provide a simple service that in the long run only benefits you. just bring it back already.

It’s not ‘simple’ at all, and you don’t need it to play the game from PC anyway.
Uh oh people are getting mad. We’re here for access to the marketplace at least I am and I don’t much like the idea of being forced to repurchase my bajillion premiums and crew slots because a company wants to squeeze me harder.

That’s not the point at all, I find it mind boggling you guys aren’t pushing to bring this service back nor giving any updates on what’s happening with it, Literally a simple yes or no if its coming back and a timeframe when. Because i can tell you if i have to restart just to get access to deals and the gaijin market i will never play the game again and i know many people are thinking the same.

Guys, as gromvoiny said, it’s not simple case ( “click on and voila, transfers are opened again!”).
If we will be ready to open the transfer functionality, we will do it. It’s not our bad will (or anyones bad will, to do not drop any bad light on other parties).
Please stay patience and check this thread for further information.

Nothing is happening with it, it’s on hold since the last summer. Whether it’s returning one day - maybe, but not without some further development, and we have plenty of other tasks with higher priority at the moment.
I know it’s not possible at this point.
I wanted to know what will be needed to transfer the account, if this option returns

Thanks for posting and doing your best. I just think people are worried since it’s been a year since it closed. That’s probably why so many people are getting more and more impatient
This whole ordeal is disingenuous in the fact that loyal players are being punished because they didn’t submit tickets to support or in my case respond to them on time. We are second class citizens because we unfortunately chose to start playing this on a console before we did pc. Unbeknownst to us that our time and money would be worthless in the scope of trading coupons or using gjn marketplace like all the other full fledged accounts. This is practically false advertising. There is zero sense of ownership over anything that we buy or anything that we win or unlock and you guys are only solidifying that fact with this decision to not help us even the slightest capacity.

How is spending hundreds of of dollars or in my case $1000 not worth a little one on one time with support specialists who actually want to help people and do a good job comparable to what? Reciting the same robotic corporate speak that feels even more dehumanizing to hear than anything else. This is a huge disservice

The process is crap. And from our point of view yall have been doing the same thing for years without any effort made towards making the process any better. Gaijin could easily make an in house “save editor” to handle most of this transfer process automatically.

Yall make 0 effort at clear communication over this process. Like I said before, and yall ignored, if you announced your next vehicle pack the same way you do this transfer “service” Gaijin would hardly make any money. At the minimum an email could be sent to those of us here who are waiting on a transfer when the “service” opens up again.
Or someone could announce something like “We are about halfway through our backlog.” yall know how many tickets you have left. -
Gaijin acts as if it is doing us a free service that does nothing but helps us. Waiting for this transfer service is like waiting in line at the DMV. Actually, I would prefer the DMV line at this point, at least I know where/when it is. Gaijin only gains by transferring accounts, it could at least act like it. I myself would be playing, and paying into, at least 2 other Gaijin titles if my account was transferred.
Yall know yall are going to be opening up the service again, and as I stated up top, would it honestly be that hard to let us know “Hey we are half way, 3/4, down to a few, done with the ticket log!”

Making vehicles for sale, removing gameplay features, introducing bugs. Yes we all know the priority list.
This pretty much sums up this experience. I searched for around 2 years before finally running across this most recent thread. Since Gaijin refuses to announce this with any sensibility, all I kept finding was old dead topics.
And at the linking stage, at least for me, there was no warning of what would be lost. All I had at the time was a notification that said “Link account now to cross play!”, absolutely nothing was said about not having access to certain features, and nothing was said about being blocked from or losing access to progress in other gaijin titles.
Maybe a solution to Gaijin being overwhelmed with transfer requests is for Gaijin to also “close” or turn off the ability to link accounts whenever they close the transfer “service”?
Out of your $1000 spent on the console, Gaijin probably only got $700 or so after the consoles took their cut. Gaijin treats us here as if they wouldnt gain anything by cutting out the middle men.
There is so much that could easily be done in an afternoon by 1 or 2 people with minimum effort that could make this process 1000% better for all involved.

You can buy ge through the gaijin store with you psn its the packs that are not available
For any one who doesn’t know why you can only buy ge on pc it is because sales on packs etc are controlled by xbox and psn themselves so prices will be different majority of the time.
This agreement was probably agreed on years ago and will never change.
The Gaijin dev team are probably prioritizing parts of the game over account transfers. as this is literally what everyone here does PLAY THE GAME as the mil sim we all love it to be.
Pressuring the devs into information about it wont help it come back any sooner.
They will address this when the times comes with either an improved system or just a reopening.
The agreement has absolutely nothing to do with how, or when, Gaijin transfers accounts. Gaijin chooses to make this process difficult on its own.
Consoles are handicapped when compared to pc players. There is a physical advantage to higher frame rates, not to mention the game features PC player get access to.
I literally have only kept my Xbox due to having to wait for this nonsense.
Pressuring the devs is the only thing we can do. We are literally shoving our money in their faces at this point and they are refusing it.
Nobody is gonna make change happen for you, you have to do something.

Yes, even tho I can play on PC and I do through email bind, it would be nice if I could Use the gaijin market and buy premiums from my Pc and have it right there instead of having to update war thunder because i only use Ps4 to buy premiums for wt. This feature NEEDS to be added im not going to boot up the PS4 that is slow as balls just to buy a new jet or get my GE. So Devs I BEG OF YOU Please add it back in some capacity, im sure most of us would pay $5-10 to have the account transferred, sure most would like free but most are willing to pay a small amount.
