Hi, you announced that this was suspended over half a year ago now. I want to transfer my account from Xbox to PC for the benefits that you mentioned in the pop-up on my account when I went onto your site (to look into getting premium and whatever). When I clicked on it, it explained that transferring accounts was suspended and linked to this forum post. Can you please re-enable this, or else I will not buy anything (which I want to - especially premium)? Thank you.

They’ll probably enable it sometime around the new years if not then around spring. You just need some more patience. I personally waited a year and a half to transfer mine properly. And that was after trying once before but putting in the wrong email address, you could imagine my frustration.

Possibly, but I’d say it’ll probably be available by next spring. I’ve seen it happen around the Christmas time for 2 years now…
I had never been on their website or forums or whatever before. This was my first time. I logged in and got a pop-up telling me I could only buy eagles and would not be able to buy things directly without transferring my account from Xbox to PC. I then clicked on it, because the whole point of me visiting their website was to look into getting premium (I have played very casually and sporadically for about two years, but have recently been getting into it more). It then said it was suspended and took me to this page, where we are now. Hiring the extra staff would probably be worth-while because I am not buying anything in Eagles (I don’t do in-game currencies as they always just feel scammy to me) but I would probably buy things in actual money, especially premium.
Well if this whole thing is just because you can’t buy a premium vehicle or premium time then you’re wrong… You can buy both plus golden eagles on the Xbox/Microsoft store. They may not get the same sales as PC players get, but they are available

Okay, well you’re going to have to wait until it’s available, like I said before. It hopefully will be available around the new years and/or early spring, if the trend I have seen happens once again
This is a super frustrating issue. Game has been out for 12 years, and when I buy something on my Xbox…I have to make a support ticket for you to make my PC account my Xbox account? Especially with how much these planes are I’m pretty pissed off right now…

Dude, chill. No need to be so passive aggressive. They’re literally telling me I can’t do certain things and give me a link to transfer my account when I go on their website store on a pop-up, just for them to tell me I can’t. If I can’t do it, then they shouldn’t have a pop-up telling me that I should switch my account just to be unable to, or they could just change it so I am able to have the same options with my xbox account. You don’t need to simp for a company. I shouldn’t have to wait, especially when it’s something they suggest. And it’s just bad business, as they could earn more money just opening it up and fixing the issue - or allowing me to change my account like they themselves suggest.
If I buy a plane/premium/eagles on Xbox, do I have access to them on PC, and vice versa? Is the purchase specific to that platform, or if you buy something on one platform, it’s something you get with all platforms and is universal?

All they are doing is advertising that account transfers are an option; however they are not available right now. Yeah, it’s annoying that it’s not available 24/7 but no need to get angry and upset about it.
What options?? Xbox players can buy the same thing PC players can on the store… They actually can buy MORE than what PC players can… The only thing Xbox/PSN players don’t have is the Marketplace, which I will admit is disappointing, but not the end of the world.
This sounds so snobby and entitled… They do suggest it, but they don’t always have the people to be able to do things like this at all times… The main goal is to make money right? Well that’s done through developing the game, and account transfers take manpower and money away from developing the game.
Yes, you will. If you buy a pack on the Xbox store you can play with it on PC. And if you buy a TT vehicle on PC you can play with it on Xbox.

Yes, until your account is transferred you can use all the vehicles on the account on both PC and Xbox.
I’m going to stress this real fast–
The account is based on Xbox, but you can use it to play on PC. However, if you can get a transfer the account on PC will be a PC dedicated account and the Xbox will be Xbox dedicated. However, they will have the same vehicles and SL balance until you play games on either. I hope this makes sense… :)

the only things not transferred are GE and Premium
I’m not upset or angry. I just think it’s stupid. It’s stupid on my end and theirs. It’s a free game so they make their money from in-game purchases and items like models, premium, battle pass etc… the cost it would take to employ someone to go through the account transfers would be less than earnings and income lost from not doing it. It’s not entitled to want to transfer my account on their suggestion to give them money. It benefits them more than it does me. I just think it’s silly that I go onto their website for the first time looking to buy premium, only to find out that I need to transfer my account to do that through their pop-up, only that that option that they put on a pop-up doesn’t exist currently.
I am not being angry or upset, I just found your comments just sarky and passive aggressive. I don’t think you needed to be like that. I was just explaining my thoughts. There was no need for that.
