Gaijin, please reconsider Xbox-to-PC account transfers

Hello Gaijin team,

I’ve been waiting for about two years to transfer my Xbox account to PC, and honestly, I’m getting frustrated with how long this is taking.

I already play War Thunder on PC using my Xbox account, but I still have restrictions because my account hasn’t been fully transferred. I can’t use the Gaijin Market or buy Gaijin Coins and vehicle packs through the Gaijin Store like regular PC players can.

I believe bringing account transfers back would be good for both players and Gaijin.

Personally, if I could fully transfer my account, I would be much more interested in buying vehicle packs and other content directly from the Gaijin Store. I can’t speak for everyone, but I believe many other Xbox players would feel the same way.

Some players might spend more money on War Thunder if they had access to the same purchasing options as other PC players. Right now, there are people who want to support the game but can’t use all the options available to the PC community.

I understand that bringing the transfer system back might take time and development work. However, the service has been suspended since May 2024, and we still don’t have a confirmed date for its return.

After waiting for so long, I think it’s fair for players to ask for a proper update. Has Gaijin considered how many potential sales it could be missing by keeping these restrictions in place?

We aren’t asking for free vehicles or special treatment. We just want the chance to transfer accounts we’ve spent years building and continue supporting the game.

Please consider making this a priority and let us know if there are any plans to bring account transfers back.
