March 10 if i remember correctly. I cant login due to my account being freezed for the transfer.

@gromvoiny do you know if its okay for me to try to login on the support website? It says that my account still frozen when I try to do it, so I dont know if I’m hurting the migratioin process in doing it. Since i didnt receive any email on the registered (and verified) email, I’m just trying to know when the transfer is over. You know, WT addiction LOL

@gromvoiny How much longer do you think this could take? I made my request on Feb26 and its bout been 2 months with just the reply of “Your request has been forwarded to the relevant specialist for further investigation” Nothing else has been said since Feb27

You are lucky! I got the frozen message on the 12th and it’s still blocked

it would be nice to know how long the queue is, you guys said thousands, what’s the current number? is it getting chewed down or is currently increasing? i really hope you don’t get overwhelmed and put us on hold again… 2 months seems a bit out of control, would like some more transparency, i would pay at this point

Nah, it’s still in the thousands. Seems like a lot of players were waiting for the opportunity over the last year when it wasn’t available.

Imo they need to halt the account transfers again. Its clearly showing they were not ready as they thought they were. I was understanding when it had been a month but now since its been two months I’m a little frustrated because I would like to get my account transferred before the VE day sales but idk now, it seems like they are too overwhelmed.

If they halt it its gonna just get worse, every week without the service means a longer queue when re-enabled. Imo they just need to chew through it at whatever pace. Pace was supposed to be faster since the supposed delay was for “a more automated process” and yet people get their account frozen for 3 weeks so it’s most likely still 100% manual and slow. If they have to halt it cause the list gets longer than the speed of processing then i think they should at least honor the current queue that has been already “forwarded”. They could make this a special occasion where the first 500 people in the list get it every 2 months or make it a small fee to unlink. Also telling me " yes it’s still in the thousands" is not that much transparency, no sh*t chief people are waiting 90 days ofc it’s in the thousand, I’m talking about a public list or at least a number in line so you can check every day how many people are ahead of you and how many are processed instead of pondering what the heck is going on here on the forum. just food for thought. if they halt this and not honor “forwarded” accounts I’ll be extremely mad. keep up the hard work.

I’ve waited almost a year ever since I switched to pc. now I got to wait 90 days and top of that I’ve even heard of people getting theirs done before me when they had made a ticket almost a month after I did. if that’s true it sounds like they are just doing peoples accounts at random.

I finally started the transfer process today and had my account frozen. But I didn’t receive an email like I heard other people did. Any way to tell when the transfer is done because I don’t know if I’ll receive the completion email either. Right now I’m on a steam alt account. Should I just reset my password for my main account now?

I worry that the lack of full transparency is related to this “random” occurrence; what if there are “preferential routes”? it sounds bad, but at the same time, I already said I would pay for this, so why am I not given the opportunity to pay the employee and get a personal chat with live updates on the matter? sounds like a lost opportunity. but to get people to jump ahead of you atm is strange. Are you sure you did not reply after the “forwarded” message and had the email verified along with all the prerequisites like leaving the squadron and spending get? on that note, i have left my squadron but now realize i will be playing more than 60 days without a squadron for no reason, i thought of re-entering for 1 or 2 months but i worry that the moment i get near the “frozen period” i will get skipped cause i appear in a squadron, there should be a warning email to tell you to finalize the steps instead of waiting 90 days with no info.

I left my squadron the moment they sent me a support ticket reply confirming that my account was ready to transfer and be frozen. I started my ticket for account transfer on March 18th and got the reply to freeze it yesterday.

My console account on the website was no longer frozen. I never got the email for the initial start of the process or the finalization of the transfer. I reset my password and was able to log into the website. Am I safe to log onto the game itself?
