I cannot foresee why any vehicle should be slipping on a 15 to 20 degree slope, much less flat ground ( not ice). Wheeled, half-track, tracked vehicles, I’ve seen them all master slopes much steeper than this with my own eyes. I’ve driven tracked vehicles on 45-50 degree slopes with zero slip. How am I slipping on a half-track with a 10-15 degree slope?

Tanks in this game always felt like a bunch of carboard boxes sliding on butter. Like since 2016, that was the only reason why I didn’t actually jump right in back then. Part of it is collision physics, part of it is traction logic and physics. Like try driving a weisel around, it literally feels like a soap bar sliding in a bathtub. It’s not unplayable, but rather unpleasant. No way of telling which ground texture prodides which traction is just a cherry on top. Game’s a mess and in a dire need of multiple mechanic related overhauls.

WW1 mode was a good example lmao.
Tanks literally made to run over trenches had 0 grip and slid back…
