Tornado IDS ASST 1, Tornado IDS MFG, Tornado GR.1, Tornado IDS (1995) are no top tier fighter aircraft. As its Br is of 11.7 and 11.3 it makes sense to be put into rank 7 instead of 8.
Other counter parts like SU-24M or A-10C are in rank 7.

Due to the exaggerated drag and bomb-dropping restrictions, it is completely unable to take advantage of its powerful engine. Its acceleration performance is the worst among supersonic jets and can be easily surpassed by any supersonic jet. Even after dropping all the mounts, it is completely unable to fly.
