I never said it was OP; I am saying it is extremely good compared to other SPAA and it would’ve been more balanced to have something such as the TOR-M1 when it was added to CN Instead of it.

let me tell you why they didnt get it, the pantsir is better with insane range. they OFCOURSE gave IT to russia instead of the Tor, because russia always seems to need the best stuff of everything…
I wouldn’t be surprised if Gaijin just straight up forgot about the TOR, especially with them adding the Strela and Pantsir in the subsequent updates
Would be nice to see it in the RU tree as well

Then you should have no problem using a Pantsir to frag me in a custom match correct?
Out of all the matches I’ve played CAS, the two times I died to a Pantsir I was a drone, and I intentionally ran low altitude so I could die and get into a tank again.
I’ve fragged over 10 Pantsirs at this stage, usually I don’t target them since they’re harmless.
Keep defending the Soviets all you want.

I’m willing to right now. Just restarting Steam and doing a manual launcher of WT to verify I’m on most recent client.
They should not have added this to China, They have their own domestic SPAA similar to this, Russia shouldve gotten this instead of the pantsir because this is closer to Nato SPAA than pantsir

TOR M1 failed again.
I did mess around with F-14B again; still harder to use than Tornado IDS.
@BasherBenDawg8 The only way Pantsir moves up is decompression. ALL CAS would have to move up by the same amount minimum.
If they ever get to decompressing to Ground BR to 13.0 (hopefully even 15.0 for Ground and Air)
Some Pantsir Decompression would be kinda nice
Or just ground decompression in general
I still think they should’ve given both China and Russia the Tor at the same time instead of one Tor and one Pantsir
If I’m not wrong there was someone (I don’t remember if was in this or in the old forums or any other sort of media) mentioning a possibility addition of specifically Tor-M2 to the game.

15.0 for Air and Ground like what? Demonstrator vehicles?
Honestly imo the current top tier should be moved to ~15.0. that would decompress so much and allow a lot of lower tiers more room to breathe

Russia seriously doesn’t need more top tier SPAA. They already have the top 3 best toptier SPAA in all of Warthunder.
