I am wondering about the differences between Eurofighters and Rafale, what is better overall?
I am thinking about grinding whole French and GB tree, but I cannot decide.
Just grind Great Britain since India is a confirmed subtree for GB so GB would also get a Rafale in future.
If they ever stop nerfing it, the Typhoon will be stronger, but at the moment the Rafale is a lot stronger
Rafale currently has the better defensive suite and missiles. It also handles better
But the Typhoon has the higher top speed, and better radar.
In the future, the Typhoon should have equal or superior missiles and defensive suite.

Not really. They’ll be effectively 1:1. Especially if Gaijin model certain missing features they’re kneecapping Rafale over at the moment. Where is my RAM coating Gaijin, why you snap the wings without RAM coating Gaijin
My thinking is this:
CM count, if BOL is fixed, Typhoon is stronger
FM, if they stop nerfing it, then the Typhoon will probably be the overall stronger.
Both will have meteor but only the Typhoon has Gimball
MICA IR will be strong, but so will ASRAAM hopefully.
Brimstones will be stronger than AASM
ECM will be largely equal, though Britecloud could be very strong on the Typhoon
Typhoon is also missing all of its RCS reduction too
Thanks for the reply, also I want to buy premium jet for grinding GB or France. For GB a CF-188A (I have F-18C Early Premium in USA) and for France NF-5A. What is better overall?

FM won’t be stronger. It’ll be different. Both will hold advantages in different aspects. Assuming Gaijin ever both to model triangle planes sanely. Gripen’s kneecapping leads me to doubt that.
CM count would be better, but this assumes we don’t get ECM, which will tone down the necessity of actual CMs. They should end up pretty much on parity with ECM functionality, as far as I can devise without y’know, sneaky documents.
MICA IR will probably edge out ASRAAM, depending on the iteration they provide.
Brimstone may be stronger if it is modeled properly, which is a gamble. AASM could prove very potent if we get targets that warrant it, but given the current presence of convoys Brimstone will likely prove to generate the most score. Dubious as to if that makes it better.
From my understanding Rafale leans into it a bit more heavily. Which is where, I think if Gaijin models ECM + RCS Reduction, we’ll see the meteor bring both of these platforms to effective parity in actual use. The gimbal of the radar won’t prove to be that much of an advantage assuming they start to model sensor fusion in a more thorough manner, I suspect. It’s possible it does, but I have my doubts.
A lot of it depends on how they treat these extra bits of functionality. In the current state Typhoon would likely come more functional, but assuming we get more reasonable depictions of other functionality, I see them coming out to being effectively equal.
Though this is trying to predict the future as planned by a particularly fickle organisation. Who bloody knows.

Rafale is an absolutely busted op babyplane in air RB.
Great flight performance, solid radar, best Fox-3, great defensive kit.
It has almost no downsides besides the fact that playing it too much will actually lower your skill level.
The Eurofighter (AESA variants to be specific) are great as well, but not as good.
Radar is superior, defensive kit is better, flight model is technically better but the ergonomics are quite terrible, missile kit is good enough.
As for CAS I can’t give a good opinion
there pretty much equal irl, with there strengths and weaknesses of course. So just choose what looks cooler to you
