Uptiers are not a guarantee, not only that but there’s a maximum of a 25% chance of seeing top CAS, less usually due to spawn cost.
11.3 is a better place, but if you managed to live 2 minutes then you die to drones.

Yet you all were fine with americans nuking everybody from above with FnF missiles for years, as low as 10.3 BR.
And i don’t see any posts about balancing any other FnF weapons, even hammers that are better than kh38
Lmao if you think hammers out perform KH38mts you really know nothing. Plus AGM-65s were never on the level of op that kh38mts are. Mavs always were inconsistent with damage because gaijin can’t model heat.

If you play 12.0, the likelyhood is that you will still get a lot of 12.0-13.0 matches.
If you play 11.7, then because 12.0 is getting pulled up often, you should mostly see 10.7-11.7 matches.
The exact same thing happened when they moved the CAS up to 12.7 with 11.3 line-ups (before the “decompression”) If you played 11.3 Britain for example, you got downtiered quite often. The same should happen again with 11.7.
Of course you will still get uptiers, but it should be a far more consistant, was about 2/3 of matches were downtier last time.
Im planning the exact same thing, Just a shame Britain is loosing all its good CAP, like the FA2 as thats now 12.0.
Just wish the Tornado GR4 was 11.7 in GRB (with mitigation for Brimstones)
Hammers dont outperform KH-38MT. They are the only thing that gets close at the moment because its one of the 2 main AGMs with IOG. But unlike the KH-38MT, they are rather slow. Also, France at top tier is more rare/they make up a smaller part of the team.
Can guarantee at least 2 or 3 people every match will spawn into a Su-34/Su-30 but probably only 1 or 2 french players in the match to begin with, maybe.
No one else has KH-38MT level weapon, as weapon systems like Brimstone 2, AGM-84, GBU-53, etc have been denied. Though now its been confirmed the KH-38MT is a paper weapon and never existed IRL, we can hopefully get things like the Typhoon, a ground attack version of the ASRAAM.

Yeah, i played pantsir, and now it is constantly crewlocked, as i am not spawning it, due to spaa gameplay being boring af. As i stated in other topics.

Britain and the US have something akin to the 2S6 for top tier
Italy has something akin to the 2S38
and
Israel and Japan has something akin to the Strela.
50% of nations can barely deal with a Su-25 firing Vikhrs or Kh-29s let alone an Su-30 firing KH-38MTs, but I tried spawning in a Tornado Gr1 and fired off a volley of PGM-2000s and every single one got intercepted by a single Pantsir on the other team. No other nation can intercept munitions like that. Your only option when fighting a Pantsir is to engage in extreme tactics. Like spamming off GBU-39s to act as decoys for the AGM-65 or fire all 6 AGM-65s at the same Pantsir.
No such tactics are required for any of the other 9 nations, even the ones with half decent SPAA

No, that is not the point.
The point is, that ALL CASS is unbearable in top tier.
No amount of SPAA will change anything, as you still need to die to a missile you had no way to counter in your tank.
You had your time clicking 6 frags out of your plane, now other nation have the same opportunity and thats why usa mains are furious about it.
