I had the receiver be the bad part for this issue. It was NOT the wings, nor rudders either fwiw (I marked both of those as incorrect.) So looks like at least 3 parts can be bad for this failstate.
Thanks to the newest event the game became unplayable. Now I have to wait till 9th october. Thank You!

Wish there was a way to opt out from the event. Just let the grinders be in their own sandbox.

Finally I thouhgt I could grind my way to a high battle rating vehicle but you had to cut us down…
I am really disappointed in a grind game that after the grind FORCES people to grind more. I work during the day and try to enjoy this game. I will NEVER be able to get one of the rare vehicles.
I don’t like to complain about these “game mechanics” but you went to far! You have absolutely very skilled engineers that can build a good and beautiful game. I stopped with World of Tanks for this game and I’m starting to doubt myself. So far that I’m thinking about uninstalling the game.
Maybe setup an new company. Hiring all your current employees to make a good enjoyable game with a grind but without the moneygrab.
You need to fire the employees who only are looking at earning money.

I wouldn’t be too excited about farming the botters, they use now BBs, even if they shoot only with the secondaries they are time consuming to get a kill

Update: Interesting, the ‘ramp up’ time is actually quicker than I expected. You can curve them down pretty fast, maybe at least as fast as the M1069 ADATS’s MIM146 missiles. Which is pretty damn close range imo.
Don’t worry this guy bought all the parts on the market and hopes to make some profit with early selling, nobody can have more than 1 test report right now

Actually you can test drive all the vehicles if you go to the event/workshop > preview > test drive/flight

Faulty missiles aren’t combat-ready. You only get Target Destruction Reports for preparing a report on fully functional missiles.
Its not the employees who are only looking to earn money, it’s the executives and investors. you’ll have that with any bigger company. And they have to make money some way or another, you can’t make good enjoyable games that have tremendous amounts of content without funding.

Most of them I’ve seen are still American Des Moines and Arkansas. Since they are giant ammo racks, I don’t worry about them too much. I still haven’t seen a Marat or a Nassau yet and I play about 95% naval. Since I’m using the Scharnhorst for the event and have a 12-1 kill ratio with it because it’s very broken, it only takes 9-12 matches to get 75k points in arcade.
It definitely is much easier than ground or air in my opinion.

Todays 3rd day of Event I have earned all Mats and yet still have no Missile Destruction paper Report so TELL ME how the FK AM I SUPPOSED TO FINISH THIS WITHOUT MATS .
Cant make anymore Missiles because no Parts available GUESS YOU GUYS THOUGHT OF THIS WHY YOU HAD YOUR HEAD UP THE OTHER GUYS REAREND

Three days have gone past, three game sessions have been played (about 6+ hours), and still zero missiles have been completed.
I can tell when an ingame event is a good event, and also I can tell when it’s a good time to fire someone and wish them a nice career well away from gaming industry. Someone should bloody resign or get sacked for this jerk joke of an event.
I got some 18 GJN from my first event. It felt awesome, ponied extra cash and bought myself a Premium vehicle (and got buyer’s remorse, but that’s not Gaijin’s fault).
Then got almost 6 GJN from the last event. it felt meh and most of them still are sitting in my account.
Now with this event I’m feeling like I’m going to get a good reason to no further buy Premium from a company who apparently gets their ideas for ingame events by licking sweat from corpse balls.

Schon alleine bei den ersten Kapiteln dreht sich mir der Magen um und ich scheiss auf dieses Event.
Unverschämt zu glauben das man damit Geld verdienen kann, müssen ja echt Idioten sein die dafür bezahlen.

Taken from the event description…
“For successfully testing a combat-ready missile, you’ll receive a commemorative decal so that you can remember your work in the future!”
So maybe the third missile is the working missile and then there are no more broken missiles afterwards. Or even just maybe one broke missile followed by a working missile for the rest of the grind?

just make strong player much more stronger and give a fuck on new player! i dont have time 10 hours a day to grind for this bullshit event! Gajin all you want is our money! no normal Player with normal reallife can hit this ugly damn event! i grinded 3 fcking days for 1 missle and when i dont get this Target Destruction Report ?! are you fcking serious?!
