Ive made 3 full “Test Reports” plus one, so 4 so far. Might be one more today. So current max is 4 or 5 “Test Reports” possible by grinding.
Ty fren :) I got the LOSAT and I like it so far, for what it is: a glass cannon lol. It’s definitely ‘unique’ xD
This test is pure comedy. How can you observe what’s not working if a projectile is dropped from a low height and immediately falls into the water (before you can turn the camera)?
Of course, I assume that regardless of the observations, it turns out that something else has failed.
Please stop this before you ban me. xD
Am I the only one with no drom of chemical components?
LOSAT is down to ~$30 on the Marketplace at the moment, if anyone is looking to buy one outright.
I’ve played more than 20 battles today and earn just 1 chemical component.
I have 49 steel, 47 non ferrous materials, 10 woods, 30 electronic components.
I’m locked since 2 days because I’m 3/6 in chemical components…
Ignore the trolls, they just want to get other people mad to make up for their own angst.
Chemical drop rate is rigged. Just another thing where Gaijin is trying to force people to spend money on the marketplace.
Having gotten around firing one test rocket. At least the testing itself is pretty clear, and unlimited retrys.
The faulty component section is pretty damn unclear though. As you can tag the “faulty” part, but then the window doesnt let you complete the thing. Instead you’re only supposed to highlight (just a click, no tagging) the faulty part. Very unintuitive design.
Yeah I think the marking is persistent so you can try one thing, then rule it out, then go back to test and rule out another thing.
It gives your answer back again on the “are you sure” step so always double check that.
LMAO so “Mark as incorrect” doesnt mark the faulty part? No wonder i havent been able to get any of them right…
Yup, it’s backwards: Tokushu Heiki: Assemble and test an honorable missile to obtain prizes! - #111 by W_Wolfe
“Incorrect” =/= “Faulty”
My test plane was uncontrollable with HOTAS and Full Real controls. But for for some reason, the axis on my throttle that I use to control manual weapons still worked.
The plane does not move, no matter what controls you have set. The only thing controllable is the test missile. IF you cannot control the missile either, then one of the corresponding parts is faulty: Tokushu Heiki: Assemble and test an honorable missile to obtain prizes! - #188 by Bruce_R1
Edit: It appears you are talking about doing a “Test Drive” with the new plane, NOT talking about the “Test Missile” in the crafting event :)
Is it normal for the plane to do a massive pitch up, then down? That’s what was happening to me.
I did complete the test though. Missile didn’t explode and I correctly picked the warhead, thanks to the chart.
Plane? You mean missile right? Lol. I have not had one do a huge pitch up, if your controls are correct in the keybinds and not reversed, the controls being reversed is one of the error modes listed in the above comment I linked to.
If you selected “Warhead” and that was correct (you got 3 extra boxes) that means that your pitch control (keybinds) are reversed.
(Sorry but it’s confusing when you say “plane” if you are intending to talk about the “missile” since there is a plane and a missile in the test flight.)

Pretty sure when Warpig says “plane” he means plane, ie the Ki-48 launching aircraft, not the missile. I also use full real controls and my plane also pitches up uncontrollably at the start of the mission making it impossible to see the missile, as Warpig describes. I have to switch to gunner view and swing the view around to the front and down, to look down on the missile. As you’re looking down on the missile it’s almost impossible to judge/correct the flight of the missile in the vertical.
The Ki-48 responds to controls in Test Flight (not the missile test mission), so it’s not a bug with the aircraft itself.
If only the test mission had been tested.
Ok, if you guys are talking about trying out the plane itself, that makes more sense. Yeah, in the Missile Test mission, the plane is fully straight line, cannot be controlled. Thanks for the input fren, cheers.
This is not true at all! There is a bug if you have full real controls enabled and no autopilot, then the airplane just pitches up at 0 throttle and then dives uncontrollable into the sea! Yes it is uncontrollable but also it does not fly straight just pitches up and dives down into the water crashing before missile can hit it’s target.
The only workaround i found for this bug is to switch to arcade mouse aim while doing missile test.
I cannot understand why again GJ developers allow this in SB?
In a single 1.5 hour game those farmers gained almost max available points per day (SB air x3).
Why again and again such an oversight, this is the situation with every single event. Why this scam is repeated over and over again and you (Gaijin) just shoot your own foot?
Who will benefit from all those farmers oversaturating market with event vehicles?
Is it that difficult to make Airfields immune to ordnance which should not even damage it in the first place?
Is it that difficult to introduce -500 points reduction for each death in SB EC?
