I have seen the historical picture of Tiger East in game.
I really want to know if Tiger West in game has any historical reference.
It seems I found some pictures of Tiger with part of camouflage net.
Only the chassis is covered.

Iām not sure if there are any pictures of a Tiger with camouflage fabric, but what is certain is that the developers made a mistake with the models. The 3D model of the two Tigers is an early production version, while the image you posted of the East Tiger clearly shows a mid-production model. Furthermore, the West Tiger model should be a final production model.
