They ideally both get their top-down attack modes because nothing is more annoying than shooting 2 Spikes at an MBT and having them do nothing.

F-16C and it’s associated other TT buddies with their fire and forget long range missiles take that cake. FnF ATGM on a heli? If I get lucky enough to get 8 missiles out (because Pantsir and it’s uncanny ability to lock, track, and shoot at me when I’m still on the goddamn helipad), chances are it’ll get me 1 kill (and that’s with firing 2 spikes per MBT); because 2 of the MBT’s already died to ground fire, and the other one just has a track blown off or a cannon barrel broken.

If you die to them, well, you got unlucky :)

not sure is true or not, but it seems like someone unpacked the files on dev server and find this up

yes i heard about that too when UHT already so suck they still nerf it ( worset 12.0 heli)

I’d rather have a helicopter that dishes out 8 fire&forget missles without being killed by long range AA instantaneously…

I really dont know what the problem for you is: the PARS are faster, and MORE likely to kill. I have played both the TIGER with PARS and the A129 D with spikes.

For me: Pars are much more reliable.

The spike ground missiles need repaired but the air fnf missiles are fine in my opinion, I play the Israel AH-60 often, even though the missiles aren’t always devastating you also have to factor in that it’s extremely easy to spam them and avoid spaa, plus they can hit helicopters far outside of their advertised range. They generally always kill an spaa so that’s my first focus to clear the sky’s for other CAS.

If this is actually the case, then it should be moved down to something like 11.7 or , at the very lowest, 11.3.

That too. I swear PARS are better for anti-CAS against helis than MBTs (at least from my experience).

In my opinion if it will be new heli, i will grind it very fast. Old uht need to be lower then KHT from theme

The reason these FnF missiles on Helis are so annoying is that most maps offer these Helis perfect cover to just peak - launch - hide - repeat.

If I die to them, eh, whatever, but being unable to kill those Helis because they have such an easy time countering SAMs is a problem.

So, since SAMs can’t reliably deal with Spike/PARS spammers you are forced to either switch to a gun SPAA, of which most can’t deal with the planes at those BRs, some tank with HE-TF/VT shells to take potshots at the heli or spawn a plane/heli yourself, which may not be an option for loads of players and usually is a risky move, as the enemy most likely has SAMs/SPAAs up.

Don’t get me wrong, Mavericks and especially the KH-38 are annoying too, but at least it takes planes a lot longer to rearm and they generally don’t carry quite as many ATGMs.

Nearly all helicopters got a big thermal res nerf, Germany’s only CAS machine will be literally unplayable… 😭

That’s why we need to show gaijin that we need rework (KHT) , even if it will be another heli. We need as many votes as we can achieve…

Fair points, except I would argue that realistically a FnF heli can deal with at most 4 targets because you’re pretty much forced to fire 2 of them at an MBT to secure the possibility of a kill.
