Give the Tiger 2 his real 700 hp back. the 38 km/h are realistic but the 600 hp arent. please just for the acceleration give the 700 hp back.
Have you even checked the sources they have for reducing the HP? The reduced power is realistic. Now stop with this cope the tigers are fine and this has been debated to death months ago when the change was introduced.
you cannot have higher HP at lower RPM, which also causes lower speed. HP is directly RPM related. So, cope

the HL230 can produce 700 horsepower yes, but NO HL230 ENGINE PACKS FITTED TO A TIGER EVER MADE THAT FIGURE. Every unit fitted to a Tiger 1 or tiger 2 was downrated to 600hp via an engine governor.
the changes were made as per the manual. and yes the tiger E should be nerfed to 600hp too
