Oh, well, thank you. As much as I’m not a fan of how WG implements stuff, I do like their partnerships with various museums. The one they did with USS Texas (BB-35) was pretty beneficial to the ship and their drydocking plans.

do you think gaijin would be willing to do that? i personally feel that’s an incredible idea and it could lead to new people coming to war thunder and/or sponsors (?).

It’s hard to tell, frankly. The last time someone proposed the idea, it got a pretty lukewarm reception, sadly. But I feel it could definitely be some good PR for Gaijin and WT as a whole

Unfortunately not. Info on 114 and especially on its time in French service is sparse and it doesnt help that I cant read French lol

How about we call it a free french subtree and add in the stugs, panzer 4’s, panthers, tigers, and tiger 2 that the Besnier squadron also operated, does that make it better? This isnt a normal captured vehicle, this is a tiger tank that was an official, serialized, deployed part of the French army during peace times. Saying “oh no they shouldnt get it because they didnt build it” is rediculous espescially when I can count the number of domestic aircraft Germany has above 8.0 on one hand

You can make an argument for those being fine, because most of those are not found in the nations tree that produced them, or not found in any other tree at all because they are a unique variant. (Mig-19S, F-4F, Lim-5P, G.91 R/4, and the Mig-23BN are all unique(mostly) and aren’t found in the US/Russian or any other tree.
Meanwhile this Tiger wouldn’t be different in a meaningful way from the Tiger E.

i kinda like this idea honestly, it’d make a lot of sense considering the amount of captured vehicles france had, although it’d be hard to imagine it actually being implemented.
