Spookston did take some French tanks to the 10.0 area (from the 7.7-8.3 area) and got a nuke. Incredibly funny

Ive taken the TOG to 10.3 and gotten a few frags until I ate a AGM. Its hilarious to do but surprising how easy it actually is to kill things with a whopper of a APCBC
Don’t like the change to the amx 13.
It really shafted my Israel garage where there are few choices. No way I’m using that and forcing my m51 to fight up to 7.7 vehicles (I get full uptiers A LOT).
Makes no sense to jump it to 6.7. Weak armor, poor reverse speed, and no APDS or Heat rounds, or even HE filler. Will be bouncing a lot of shots off the stronger enemies. Sure it has an autoloader, but what good is that if the gun can’t pen the armor it will be facing?
Once I took a M24 Chaffee to 10.7 and killed three MBTs. Got two Type 90s and a Object 292. I was wheezing by the end of it. Same when I killed a Type 90 through the roof with the Chaffee, not even the cupola, just the roof itself. Chaffee too good.

Ive killed a 292 with the tetrach by slipping a shell through the back bustle box into crew. its so damn funny man.

Sure it can happen. When I’m doing tasks that require rank III, I use a line-up that includes the m24 because at a low BR of 3.3 it’s still rank III. Unlike many 4.3 vehicles which are still rank II.
Issue is, it won’t consistently overperform - especially the amx-13.
IMHO the m24 should probably be 3.7. It’s fast, has decent gun, and has .50 cal mg.
Have not looked closely at the AMX M4 recently. What BR are they moving it to? If it’s 7.0 I wont notice a diff as I use it with other 7.0 vehicles.
It’s just more proof that Gaijin hates minor nation players.

It’s only 3.3 in Arcade. I play RB, so it’s 3.7 there.
Gaijin still doesn’t realize that these fast load speed tanks are pretty easy to deal with those light armor tanks above 7.0, then their BR will getting worse lmao
Ahhh… kinda like the m18 jumps up in RB. Really m24 should prob be 3.7 in both.
So the AMX M4 is now 7.0 along with a bunch of rank V French vehicles. Another tweak that did not need to happen. Has better gun than m26, but gives up a significant amount of armor compared to the m26 (less survivability).
Zero point to them, gaijin just continues to punish smaller nations for having smaller playerbases with more experienced players.

Overall fine changes.
The AMX-40 with its mobility, hull armor, and good round being 10.0 is a change I’ve honestly been waiting for.
AMX-40 being a lower BR than the Leopard 2K was hilarious and imbalanced.
France’s 8.0 lineup is good.
France being treated like everyone else is nice.
Did they also bump the Fox (UK) light tank from 7.3 to 7.7?

The worst thing is, it’s somewhat usable. Now of course the above screenshots are one of the best games i had, but this line up consistantly gets me at least a few kills, and i rarely end up at the bottom, which in on itself is quite depressing
Hard to say, the only justified change for me is AMXM4, AMX13 is definitely playable but probably not as good now.
As for AMX40 vs Leo2K, the advantage of amx40 is having ess + thermal, but your fixed optics making it really hard to use in close battles with a bunch of obstacles. 2K having better mobility, stabilized 20 mm with good placement, and has better pen with good optics. I think 9.7 vs 10.0 is justified
2K and AMX-40 have similar mobility.
Stabilized 20mm does not matter.
2K and AMX-40 have extremely similar pen.
AMX-40 has a protected hull.
The fact AMX-40 was under-BR’d for so long was hilarious.
The reverse speed is quite different, and stabilized 20mm matters; it gives you better reaction time against those IFVs, and the placement means u can engage air target. As for hull protection, both of them have no armor against the majority of shells in this br, with enough armor to stop autocanons.
AMX40 does have composite so against heat its better, but what kind of vehicle around this br uses heat as their main shell?
They are pretty similar after all, but I wouldn’t say its under br, but more like within an acceptable range
“france being treated like everyone else is nice” nice glazing, amx-13 was mid at 6.7 compared to other light tanks, with only real advantage of an autoloader, and the char 25t is just nuts how its still 8.0

Autoloader 90mm APHE slinger that’s rather mobile for its BR with light tank benefits.
Granted, there are a couple 8.0 light tanks that could/should be 8.3.
