Thermal Imaging Missing in Helicopter – NVG/TI Icon and “N” Key Not Working

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with a helicopter. The thermal imaging (FLIR) has disappeared.

When I press the “N” key in aiming/targeting mode, nothing changes anymore. Previously, I could switch between modes, but now it does not respond at all.

Also, at the bottom of the screen, the weapon selector and other HUD/menu elements are missing. There used to be an icon for NVG / thermal imaging there as well, but now it’s gone.

My questions:

Is it possible to restore the thermal imaging?
Why did the NVG / thermal icon disappear from the bottom menu?
Is this caused by a setting, key binding issue, or a bug?

Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

What game mode?

Do you have all modification unlocked?

Have you doublechecked your key binds?

That helicopter still has it’s thermal imager and it is still working for me when i try it.

The icon is however not at the bottom anymore, i do not know why.

Are you able to turn on the thermal mode using the “Y” menu (Y-7-5 is the default)?

Yes, thank you. Everything works via Y.
