So I got kicked for bad connection(strangely happens on maps I like), my internet is fine, but can I join back into the match? Or a forced leave make me not part of battle anymore?
Sometimes, it asks you if you want to rejoin the battle, whilst sometimes the game thinks you never entered the game and other times it’ll crew lock you. But I have no idea how it works exactly.

There is one way, but works maybe 50% of the time. If you see your connection going bad, and your packet loss gets to like 99% hit ALT+F4 as soon as possible. Often once you reload the game and log back in to the main screen, you will get an option to rejoin the battle. Even if you get pushed back to the main screen before you have time to close the game, still ALT+F4 and try restarting. Do not close the game down through the menu and click exit, that is usually less effective than using ALT+F4, or control+alt+delete if you prefer. I use ALT+F4 because it is the fastest way to get the game closed for me.

well I got kicked while spawning the tank, got crew locked for 8 minutes, did a vehicle test and returned to hangar to see if I would get a prompt to join back, but nothing
Even if you get crew locked back to the main screen, hitting ALT+F4 and restarting the game sometimes gets the option to pop up. DO NOT start a test drive or a custom match or anything else. If you make any actions it will immediately remove any option to rejoin the battle. Restarting the game entirely is the only method that I have found or heard of that will sometimes make the “rejoin battle” pop up appear.
Close and restart the application, this is the most reliable way to get the rejoin popup (assuming the connection issues were resolved). No need to forcibly close via alt+F4, but it is an option if you are short on time.
