The war bonds from level 85 were not given to me when i activated them. Nor some of the other levels but i do not remember which ones specifically.
This can be seen as the 850 warbonds should have put me over the cap (i was planning on using the specific amount up before activating it) where as now after getting the mustang im left with 22+ the 80 i got from level 86 where as i should have been left with 400+ 80 minimum.
