•Su-30SM:The Su-30SM is an improved version developed by Russia based on the Su-30MKI series and began to be delivered to the Russian Air Force in November 2012.
•F-22:The F-22 Raptor is produced by Lockheed Martin of the United States. Its prototype, the YF-22,made its first flight on September 29,1990.The production version, the F-22A,made its first flight on April 9,1997,and was officially commissioned on December 15,2005.Therefore,the Su-30SM is about 10 years later than the F-22.

SU-30 is a flanker with new things. USA has the F15E as a counterpart to the SU30SM. F22 is STILL too advanced for this game
And the time period argument has never been used ingame
Fix airRB/Sim first. Then add new stuff.

In reality, both the US military’s F-15E and Israel’s F-15I are equipped with phased array radar, but in the game, they are only given the most basic radar. This makes them incomparable to the Su-30SM.Therefore,the US side needs aircraft with phased array radar! If following reality, the F-22 would meet the standard!
And it will eventually be upgraded to AESA standard. Lots of nations are still missing AESA radars at top tier. The SU30SM was not equipt with any other radar.
Cope harder, F-22 will come eventually and youll cry that the soviets are not still using MiG-21.

We can do a parady of this post!
The Russians need a new aircraft,SU-57 Felon!Because USA plays have good engines on their F15E and can sit above everyone else and sling their better missiles!
The 14.0 planes are some of the most balanced against each other in the game IMO. If decompression happened and these few 14.0s could all fight together and only together, they would still be fun (if fun is AHR Slop, 11.3BR is better)

If the Su-30SM,which entered service in 2012,is available, then why can’t the F-22,which entered service in 2005,be available? You should know that the Su-57 actually entered service in 2021!
Very heavy brain concussion, I think… must’ve been dropped down the entire stair well and hit every step from the top floor of the hospital

Meanwhile F-16C with HMD 2006 year, and F-15E with HMD and JDAM.
Mirage2000 RMV 2022 (previous patch), Eurofighter with Brimstones(2024)
BTW F-22 will be fine, with 120C and 9M (9X required upgraded F-22)

Vehicles aren’t implemented based on their introduction date.
Anyway that being said, be patient, the December update is probably gonna be good for this specific vehicle, but the russians will also rightfully receive their counter part.
As for that, no

I’ve been playing this game for over a decade now.You can’t just keep subjectively equipping one faction with advanced,in-service weaponry while completely ignoring the other side! It’s just not realistic! In fact,American weapons were put into service earlier than those of other countries. However,in the game, they have to face advanced weaponry that other countries introduced later on,which is completely ahistorical! For example, when I play as the US F-4E fighter during the Vietnam War in the game,I actually come across the Pantsir air defense system! Is that realistic? When playing as the German Maus tank,I can run into the Soviet T-55AM tank.Isn’t that just too careless?

American aircraft are missing half of their weapons in the game. Our late F/A-18 flies with the antediluvian AIM-120B and AIM-9M. When this aircraft was delivered with the AIM-120C and AIM-9X.
The AIm-120B has long been removed from service in the US Air Force.
The AIM-9X is not a new missile anymore and it is on most aircraft in the game, or rather it should be.
USAF (United States Air Force)
- F-15E Strike Eagle – A modified version of the F-15, equipped with the AIM-9X.
- F-16 Fighting Falcon – One of the most widely used and oldest fighter jets, capable of carrying the AIM-9X.
- F-22 Raptor – The most advanced fifth-generation fighter, also equipped with the AIM-9X.
- F-35 Lightning II– A fifth-generation fighter, which can also carry the AIM-9X for close-air combat.
USN (United States Navy):
- F/A-18 Hornet – The primary carrier-based fighter jet of the USN, which uses the AIM-9X.
- F/A-18E/F Super Hornet – An upgraded version of the F/A-18, also equipped with the AIM-9X.
- F-35B – The US Navy’s version of the F-35, designed for carrier operations (including vertical takeoff and landing), which also carries the AIM-9X.

This game always selectively restores the performance and combat capabilities of vehicles. They choose not to give the F-15E and Typhoon their real weapon payloads, but can somehow give the Su-30SM the stronger 38MT air-to-ground missiles out of thin air! This is indeed a bit unbalanced, isn’t it?Moreover, even if the F-22 is introduced, its spawn score in ground combat mode could be increased, say above 1,200 points. This wouldn’t affect its balance. It would be more balanced than having the sky full of Su-34s and Su-30s,at least!
Again, read.
Time period arguments are not valid, since the game is balanced around capability, not time period. F-22 will come eventually, but only when RCS of other aircraft has been modelled accurately and OTHER Nations get 5th gen fighters too.

The Pantsir air defense system has capabilities that other countries’air defense systems do not possess, yet it has been around for so long!Up to now, there still hasn’t been a vehicle comparable to it in terms of contract.
