It’s not about playing, it’s about seeing the performance on them when you’re against them and with them, people have eyes, judgement, and sometimes one can know whether an SPAA is good or not. The Pantsir is good because it can engage multiple targets at once, it’s missiles are fast and the range is good too. I do not play the Pantsir and I’ve given you some reasons as to why the Pantsir is better than some other SPAAs. You can look at the stat cards too. Remember, EYES.
It doesn’t take a genius to see that France,Sweden got the ITO and Germany got the Flarakrad, China got the TOR,HQ.

CAS still got the upper hand , I can use literally anything and lady boi over there gonna dismiss it. Im not even gonna bother bro. Knowing they aint the brightest , they can only see that “Soviet SPAA broken !!! Other nation (Not counting what they don’t want to cherry pick) is good enough so they don’t matter !!!” Yeah no. SPAA still got a shit ton of problem needed to be address in general. The biggest problem is still that they are inferior to CAS. Taking in all rank and BR it is even worse. Just remember, even when CAS at it lowest , SPAA is way way lower. I don’t engage with people who think “Just give A and B better X and it will be fine” or “Remove X and Y so everything will be fine”. It does not work like that

They can and do intercept them all the time. It is clear that Mavericks are such slow missiles that even a tank can intercept them, but the German SPAA does this regularly.
Oh, never said that the Pantsir is better than CAS, What I meant is that you don’t need to play a vehicle to know that it’s better than some others. Moreover, my thoughts are the exact opposite, when you play a vehicle you bias yourself to that vehicle so everything that goes even a tad wrong, you’ll blame it on the enemy vehicle being OP or something like that. There are still obvious ones, of course.

This makes the situation even worse because the US and Israel have these old Mavericks that fly at the speed of late piston aircraft. 500-600 kmh is just awful.

Because this is outright false. You can literally drag up and see them denying that “A,B,C,D got good SPAA”. Still don’t see the good SPAA where, all I see is cherry picking and mid ass SPAA that we have for well over a year now.

They said the next update is focused into implementing better SPAAs, so i hope i can finally remove the ADATS from my American lineup.

im glad all the french, swedish, germans, british, Chinese and Japanese players all got their pantsir equivalents.
shame the USA and its subtree are the only ones with a bad SPAA situation
I’ve long since removed ADATS from all my setups, and now have an F-15C in its place.

Good decision, also the idea to remove the ADATS and replace it with LAV is not a bad idea honestly.

The US’s “modern SPAA”:
Fer seriousness, the US presumes air superiority in its planning so the USAF and USN are considered its air defense.
That said, the US is developing mobile “Iron Dome” (ish), so stay tuned.

I’ll never understand this BR change, I know the suffering when it comes to SPAA with no radars and LOAL (the Macbeth does have a gun though it’s crappy).

Italy doesnt even have a top tier SAM only an SPAAG
Germanys isnt great, better, but not great
Japan’s is okay vs aircraft when up close, but useless vs helis.
The US will probably get something, I dont know why you beleive the US wont and the US isnt even the weakest top nation at the moment for SAM performance
