Yes, thats a fact. But the devs seem to forget about it, both with that DM23 and Kh-38 on Japan
Mainly they don’t always do only historical ammunition and loadouts, they do technically compatible ones as the only hard line.
DM23 was added because they didn’t want three Type 16s at the same BR and the M735 wasn’t good enough.
Kh-38MTE for the MKM is more questionable, but no less than having them on the SM/SM2 so it was at least already established.
Only weird it’s not on export Su-30MK types when it’s specifically mentioned as compatible with them. But maybe they just didn’t want them on premiums/under a certain BR, so Su-30MKI or Chinese Su-35 might still get them.
Yes, i know that, that was the point. They have that spectrum-alike balancing decisions making.
