I don’t understand how the swift f.1 can be good at 8.3. So many other planes at the BR can either out-turn it or out-speed it and some can even do both.
The F-86 at 8.3 has a better turn time and top speed, the Mig-15 is the same story but with a slightly worse top speed than the F-86 but miles better turn time.Germany get to have both the F-86 and Mig-15, japan get the F-86, China gets the F-86 as well. And italy gets a varient with a different name but is completely the same.
The only countries that don’t get the R-86 and/or mig is britain, sweden, france and israel. But even france get’s something with a better top speed and turn rate. Sweden only gets one plane at 8.3 and it isn’t even a fighter, same story for israel and again its a strike aircraft, however it outspeeds the swift f.1.
Literally every nation gets a plane at the same BR that is better and cane be competent in an up-tier. The f.1 Is so bad in an up-tier it is actually torture trying to use it. It can’t out-turn them, it can’t out-speed them, it can’t even flare or chaff against missiles when you get shot at one so you have to pull 10+ G’s to get rid of the lock and then you’ve lost 100mph-200mph.
Also good luck trying to get a downtier in this as for some reason it is nigh impossible, I’ve played numerous games with the F.1 and have had 1 maybe 2 downtiers.
In summary. The Swift F.1 either needs a speed buff and/or turn time buff or it has to be moved down in BR. The same can be said for the F.7 as it has worse cannon placement and only has access to air to air missiles for ordnance.
