Then I tried to guess, “Why polish then??” which failed miserably.

No, -1, polish subtree for sweden is better!
The Swedes didn’t have as good a relationship with Poland as Japan did. Sweden staged the Swedish Deluge, destroying Poland. Furthermore, it interned Polish ships and “supported” Poland’s enemies, Germany.

You understood perfectly, though it’s currently outdated (Japan already has Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia, which it didn’t have when I wrote this). This subtree, though it seems pointless, offers a very original option.

Dude, even for Germany it’s better, Japan already has too many sub-trees and very good ones, literally that’s not going to happen, forget about it.

I prefer an independent Polish Tree but I do like the suggestions breakdown of the heli options.
Why not for Germany?
I think it will be better. Also cause German had a very deep military connection with Poland.
In game there is already L2PL for Germany.

Thank you for understanding, but the relations between Germany and Poland are different to those of Malaysia and Japan.
All of this is really just standard NATO cooperation. If I’m being honest, the US actually has a stronger right for having Poland as a sub-tree under this logic, because Polish–American cooperation is much deeper than anything Poland has with Germany.

Geographical approximation has also been in consideration for every subtree so far. Also USA has been controlling NATO ever since it’s creation (though this might change this century) and I doubt you’re going to add every subtree there when they have almost no relation otherwise.
It’s a pretty good statement on how far this game has gone from being grounded and how Japan is now considered just a dumping ground for copy paste with ASEAN nations.

It is, in fact, just a joke. It comes from a time before the Thai subtree even, not long after the old forum, where the Thai subtree was heavily bashed by Chinese players. This was meant as a joking response to that situation from a Polish player.
It was approved because it’s still a well written suggestion on the Polish helicopters themselves, and the section on where a nation is placed in these types of suggestions is meaningless anyways.
This can still be a nice suggestion for a future Polish helicopter tree.
