Without CCIP? Meh.

My cheeks will be full of 9Ls and 60Ms

It was a cool aircraft back when it had CCIP for bombs.

No flares and it sees Aim-9Ls and R-60Ms on a regular basis. No CCIP either makes it hard to recommend even at discount.

$50 dollar missile bait. You would get more RP/hr in the tech tree SU-25.

All of the Su-7 variants are absolute dumpster fire.
Trash on wings.
Everything on its BR is better than it (even on lower BR) - be it dog fighting, energy retention, air-to-air ordinance, air-to-ground ordinance or defensive meanings.
It has NO flares, NO A2A missiles, NO CCIP/CCRP, only 500kg dumb bombs or S-24s.
Its a flying pinata in both Air and Ground RB.
It constantly faces A-10s and Su-25s (due to having mixed battles in Air RB), thus eating non-stop AIM-9Ls. If you have 1 launched at you, hope the guy who launched it is at least 4km away in a side aspect or rear one, so you can HOPEFULLY outrun it (if you have enough speed). You will regularly face people lobbing AAMs at you from 7km away in frontal aspect. Onlything you can do is hope there is mountain close enough to hide behind it quickly, otherwise you are dead.
A dead cat turns better than this trash.

Only saving grace would be if this gets moved down to 9.0 in Air RB and 8.7 in Ground RB.

It would be hilariously OP at 9.3. Even the Q-5 early is at 9.3, and it’s a blatantly worse aircraft.

Supersonic planes can not go below 9.3 without ruining the balance even more.

That isn’t unique when compared to other 9.3 planes.

Seems like you have not played this plane at all.
It is already at 9.3 in both ground and air RB.
Either this and few other planes need to go down to 9.0, or the A-10A and Su-25K need to go to 10.7.
Otherwise it will continue to be pain olympics.

I have played 9.3 quite a bit, but due to it being supersonic, it is impossible for it to go down without it being OP. Why would it be the same BR as a J29F, F-86F-40/K, or a Mig-17AS/PF? What makes it equal to those aircraft?

The real issue isn’t the A-10/su-25, it’s the F-8s, Mirages, and other planes.
